  3. You'll find out. Worry about Silsbee first.
  4. I agree!!!!!!!!!! Talent on this team just like year's past.
  5. You can say what you want but it is execution, they have talent like they always have in fact the OL is even bigger, youth is a problem right now but the 19+ back next season there will be no youth.
  6. Players aren't executing though...
  7. You have to look at records to, Example...NS is still ranked way above Memorial in the State Rankings.
  8. I hear ya, just trying to keep this thread on Topic. 8)

  10. Kosh sets tone for BC volleyball unit Gabriel Pruett The Orange Leader BRIDGE CITY — It is “Kosh Year†in Bridge City. The reason being is Emily Kosh is the lone senior on the Lady Cardinals’ volleyball roster. Kosh has been in the starting lineup for Becca Mathews since her sophomore year. The three years have come and gone a lot quicker than either expected. “It has not hit me yet,†Kosh said. “It does not feel like this will be my last year playing volleyball at Bridge City. That has not struck my mind.†Kosh has had plenty of success throughout the three years with the Lady Cardinals. Bridge City reached the regional tournament her sophomore year and made a playoff push again last year. The special part now is the relationship she has built with Mathews. “We do have a special relationship,†Mathews said. “I know her and understand her. I can’t even describe what it is. We are always on the same page and she has bought into everything I have ever wanted to teach these players. She is unique and I love that about her.†Kosh said it will be difficult when the time comes to play her last match for Mathews. “Her first year here at Bridge City was my freshman year,†Kosh said. “It has been great to watch her build this program. I will miss her so much but this year is not over yet.†Kosh and the Lady Cardinals are in the thick of the district championship race in District 21-3A. “My main goal for this team is to win the district championship,†Kosh said. “Then I want this team to go far in the playoffs. It is going to take a lot of hard work to reach those goals. I have been on both ends of the spectrum and I know where I want this team to be when the playoffs come around.†Kosh has always also been either the youngest on the team or now the single, lone senior. She enjoyed her time playing with players like Audrey Myers, Jenna and Lauren Angelle and Kayla Fullerton when Kosh was a sophomore. Last year Kosh was with Mallory Guidry, Sam West and Sarah Armand. Now it is “Kosh Year†and she has enjoyed trying to assist in helping younger players grow up and mature into successful volleyball players. “Everyone on this team is really close,†Kosh said. “It has been great watching them grow. I am used to being the youngest on the team so it has been strange. I get to laugh a bit this year. It is definitely ‘Kosh Year.’†Mathews summed it up best to finish off describing her senior setter. “She is Kosh,†Mathews said. “Sometimes I have to think of her first name because I never say Emily. She is always Kosh.â€
  11. Honestly, i thought Kirbyville was. Of course you would think that, it was the only team of the three that WOS beat. Ridiculous! : They were, I thought they were the best balanced.
  12. It's about time you beat WO-S, i was beginning to wonder.
  13. Honestly, i thought Kirbyville was.
  14. We'll never know on a dry night and field.
