  7. just received a phone call from Center AD/Football Coach Kevin Goodwin, who informed me that J'von Jones, senior at Center High School, who was being recruited to play college football was rushed to the emergency room at the hospital in Center, and then transferred to Shreveport. He had a high fever and liver enzymes were high and his spleen was swollen. Coach Goodwin was just told that J'Von was diagnosed with Leukemia. As you can imagine this has shocked the Center community. J'Von is being transferred to St. Jude's Hospital in Memphis today, PLEASE say a prayer for this young and his family and those around him.
