This year we have the Indians, Bulldogs, Pirates and Titans repping the area. Bulldogs- If they can pretend every player is from PN-G on the other side of the ball, Nederland could make very well make noise. They showed poise, creativity, a balanced attack, and a willingness to commit to what works. Good job on em Coach Barrow, and good luck to your kids and team in the playoffs. Pirates- Smash mouth, Smash mouth, Smash Mouth! Even without the Quirantes in the backfield, this year's Vidor team has proven they can and will run the ball effectively especially on teams who are unfamiliar with their offense. They may not have the best athletes or team in 22-5a, but I don't think anyone would disagree with them being perhaps the most scrappy team in 22-5a despite their athletic limitations. Indians-They will go as far as the offense takes them and everyone has known that all along. They have pretty good athletes on the offensive side of the ball. Got to find ways to get creative and get the ball back into the hands of the playmakers. As far as Defense.....it is what it is. Titans- The team with perhaps the best chance to make a deep run, the Titans are IMO best equipped to handle playoff football with their speedy defense. Their offense led by Jones and Hines is a running juggernaut however Jones will finally be tested as a QB against teams with more defensive talent than the average 22-5a team. Hines will be Hines, so IMO how Jones does will determine how far they go. Good luck kid. Rep PAT and make the city proud. Hope all the teams do well, even though one of them hates because a certain kid isn't at their school. I WANT a 21-5a sweep, however the more likely record will be 2-2 Who wins and who loses though is for you guys to debate. Its playoff time

Your team has multiple athletes that the coaches trust. The last two years toward the end of the season and playoffs png has leaned way to hard on #2. If that continues, Y'all will win and he will very likely get hurt at some point. What made this offense deadly was the multiple athletes being utilized. Plus you guys are not a good match up for us on D at all. I'm for Hughes back at rb full time since they don't pass it to him and not using the rbs.e

Yeah we didn't even try to get the ball to any one else. Stansbury had a guy 5'7 on him all night lol. Hughes got barely any carries when the pass clearly was a point being taken away. This No screens, no bunch formations. Just 2 plays Roschon pass and Roschon run. Now Roschon was a bit off, however he also ran 30x. If the rbs aren't being used on O maybe they can play D. There has got to be someone else who can play corner. Very disappointing knowing the gameplan was Roschon and nothing else. This is the very same path png walked last year. You know where it leads, the moment you meet a team with balance, it's over! Crosby.....here we come.....Shug better be rested for that one

I said that the team who could pass the ball would beat png. Even when the entire stadium knew it was coming, we couldn't stop 22. #3 could do nothing and i was dumbfounded about why he was still there in the game to get beat on all the most important plays. Literally 90% of nederlands big plays were against him. Barrow did his thing. Christ I can't wait for UT! Got some 5 stars in that 2018 class lmao
