  1. Starting from last year and ending in 2019 it will be 3 years in a row. Said it many times and I'll put it out here now, again those Nederland teams will graduate without beating a #2 led png team. It's ok though, they'll have stories of losses all the way from middle school to cherish with their kids, friends, and families. Lol
  2. Fine. High School game losses don't bother adults. Im not even a coach. I have no stakes if they lose. If they lose they lose. Ask anyone and I think they would say png goes about 3 rounds again anyway with a 4th round at the most with their limitations. As for the the 2-3 players thing, hate on em all you want but our #3 reciever has has more td receptions than your leading wr. That says that Jones and Hines does all the scoring. Maybe your reliance on 2 players on offense is more than you realize.
  3. Nope. Im off the Pam game. Its been nearly a month at this point. Im concerned with Nederland and playoffs now. You should move on from that too. What you gone say when PAM plays teams that have multiple players like Roschon, Hines, Jones, all on the other side of the field and you are in a neutral site far away from the Triangle? PNG has one, maybe 2 guys with that kind of impact and you still mad about that. Yall will be in the same group and Manvel, Temple and other strong teams.
  4. Yep. My people are bumblebees. I'm sure png has had individual players better than what they have now. But that wasn't the point. The point was points per game. In my brief look through the history that png has catalogued on their website, I don't believe any team has had a higher ppg output than this one, regardless if the overall team was better or had better individual players. Tony Romos Cowboys teams had some of the highest ppg outputs in team history, no one is saying those boys were better than the 90s, 70s, or even early 80s teams. Just a ppg thing.
  5. Was he a lb last year? Because I think he is a much better qb than that lange kid y'all had last year. Fernandez has had a pretty productive year qb'ing. I mean roschon has never thrown 6tds in a single game like I believe your kid has, much as I would love that. The passing dimension he can bring is truly my only concern when we play you guys. Memorial had success passing and usually all they do is run. Nederland offers a balanced offense. Could very weLL give us ia sues at the start of the game
  6. Central still at 38 even after our game. Thought we would knock that up a bit
  7. Yeah....let's not add to the list of effed up stuff done to natives. But your purple neighbors should be fair game lol
  8. I'm no png historian, but i would put money that this is the most explosive offense they haver ever fielded. Don't think there has been a game where they have scored <42 points. It's gonna be a huge test for the pups
  9. Craig Williams and Roschon Johnson are up as semifinalists for the Mr Texas football player of the year award. Go out, Vote, and Support your Guys!!
  10. They can't have that this year. Last year was their chance imo to put away an injured png team. We were jeybfolk in this game and in the playoffs and it eventually caught up to us. Here's to an injury free bulldog L
  11. Yeah we had essentially roschon, riggs, and mcgouh (spelling?)in the playoffs
  12. They should focus on this one instead of thinking of Ls in the future
  13. To you it was. I watched my brother come within 5 last year. As much as y'all hated on him, maybe not you specifically, bUT Kadon Harrison was a much better qb than keitha jones. That fact and harrisons play calling always would keep us in the game and give us a shot. Most people picked png in the pickems and dctf anywys
  14. Those of us closer to the situation have known that for a while. I have never heard of it slowing down offers though. Many setx athletes are dual sport players and receive attention in both. Riggs led 22-5a in goals scored and was head and shoulders better than the kids in soccer. Regardless of what he chooses, I still think he deserves the acknowledgment
  15. Both players made public announcements on their social media. So they did put the info out for all to see and know, but it just went under the radar. Hughes and Hebert. Both well deserving.
  16. He has speed. He is 6'3. Roschon is pretty fast, Riggs may be a bit faster from what Shug says. 6'3 and running 4.5 is really good.
  17. Yeah he's there. I have no answer for that other than Shug will go in and compete as he always has. I know that one advantage that Roschon has is that his mobility makes him the more ideal candidate to run Hermans style of offense. Ive read and heard that personally from people close to the team. They liken him to a larger Greg Ward, who of course excelled under Herman at Houston. Rising has a year advantage to show what he can do. Roschon will have to do what he has to do. The competition can only make him better. Plus, i dont think he would ever change his mind anyways
  18. Riggs needs 2 TD's and 165 yrds to break both the receiving yrds and TD's for a season for a png wr. I certainly think he gets it barring some freak accident and I have to say he deserves it. The kid should have stacks of offers. Great size, really good speed, and soft hands. AKA lil Jordy Nelson. Hopefully Texas wakes up and smells the damn coffee. Ill be watching, waiting, and ready to congratulate the kid when I see him at MCM. As good as Shug is, Riggs makes it that much easier because he is always open, ultra competitive, and unafraid of challenges. Again Congrats to him and his family. His father should be very proud. Here's to hoping his records (if he breaks them) stand for a long time. Keep doing what you are doing kid!
  19. Well I'm not at the meetings but dad is. If it was about stat padding, he would have way than what he has now. He has taken the foot off the gas of every game except memorial, who so far has been the only team to provide a challenge to the offense. He surely could've thrown more tds against central, vidor, both baytowns, Livingston lumberton, antd lee. In nearly every game, no one has threatened them after halftime. They don't trust the jv qb imo and don't wanna play bost. It's a gamble. Not one I necessarily like. Ht it ain't up to
