ok in powerlifting do you compete in all 3 events or do you choose what you compete in? like i said i aint never done this before.

for a jv powerlifting meet, what would be the norm for squat. i aint never done powerlifting before so im 225 whatever class that puts me at.

The rice boll is always a great game. I think that HF will bring it back with a win. not a big differednce in score. i say hf by a TD or field goal.
