Yes .defense will always in the end win championship.the game is won in the trenches.and when u have a great coaching staff to go along with that. Teams like ,Carthage, north shore,and Aledo will always be gud.they dominate the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball.

Jack Yates has to be either 1 or 2.and they're still Ballin. Over 35 years they been consistent. And that 83 team probably one of the best ever.

Silsbee athleticism bit too much.but I very impressed how orangefield played within themselves.both will get better.and orangefield will make the playoffs.

I've said this from jump Carthage QB is who he is bcz of that oline.he will not be a gud college qb. If wilmberly had any offense against this team. This would turnout to be a great game

Don't get me wrong the kid is a great game manager.and he want make many mistakes.but that oline is what makes that go.he normally has all day to throw the ball.and on the other side all he does is hand it to #2 and let him go.bcz that oline will create a whole.

Yessir.the game of football is won in the trenches.and with there depth on both sides of the ball and teaching those kids who to block.has them ahead of everyone.i don't think teams in our area that has gud talent on the perimeter understand that. And just playing gud sound defense and not beating themselves.at every level every great team that separated themselves has that.aledo,North shores,Duncanville,manvel,Carthage,gilmer,Gilmer, even Newton a few yrs back.
