Crosby has alot to talent.the QB is a converted RB that can run the ball.incase no one paid attention who they lost too.and by the way they're huge up front. And loves to throw the deep ball.this will be a very hard game!! And not only that if they get any sustained drives going they're going nascar!! Up tempo to try to wear them out.w.o has to start with the little things.just getting first down.ppl don't get it.want w.o offense to high octane.its not gonna happen.to many new kids at the skilled position that has to get wit the QB.and ppl don't realize is w.o is probably the only team that doesn't participate in 7 on 7.so it's abt getting the offense better each week.

Yes. #3, and #13 were gonna start getting more carries any way.coach T starting see who he can rotate even at the rover position for #41. 46 done a hella job at rover. He's doing whatever it takes to keep kids rotated and seeing if they can cut it.its all abt getting better each week.what ppl doesn't realize abt w.o is were a team that puts our best 11 on defense. And then if they have to rotate on offense so be it.that why the offense is always a lil behind.ik we be a lil behind.especially these days when teams are scoring 50/game.we have always has and always will be a defensive minded team.we have had a few team that were exceptional on offense that got out quick.like 1985,1989,2015,2016 comes to mind. This year is a young talented team that u want see the potential til abt week 6 or 7. It's all the little things. To be games like this will really make them dangerous come playoff time.

#41 is just a sophomore .his ceiling is through the roof. And he will make alot defenses look bad. But he has to learn to hold on to the ball.has a fumble in every game this year.he has made up for it. But u can't keep putting ur defense in this type of situation against gud teams.newton coaches are so impressive to its unreal with that talent they had.even when they struggled to move the ball.he made sure they done enough to win the game.

It makes u go back and do the little things like catching and holding on to the ball.i really don't know if there's a 3a team that compete with yall.16-0. Both teams will learn from it.w.o kids has to learn don't give gud teams that opportunities bcz it will come back to bite u.lord newton is so well coached.to do whatever it took to win this game.2nd and 18.2x bite w.o in the butt.a hook and latter.and with 3:49 the horse collar to give them a first down.both teams will get better as the season goes on.through all the negative stuff our kids fault.

West brook is gud every year. I was only talking abt just those teams. I might a lil basis to want all setx schools to be on that level. The biggest problem I have with all them other schools that aren't from is. Is all they do is recruit players. To me in a way they have to recruit to win.

That's why my biggest wish for this game is .that it be a well played game.and it motivates both teams fans to come out more to support both teams.and no injuries.me personally I just want both teams just to get better.im tired of hearing abt the katy,NS,Duncanville.i just want setx to represent.

I pull for yall.imo I understand what u see to.its just me when but I think the DBs are left on a island by themselves.and it catches up from time to time.i would luv to see them do what newton does some.a lil man to man with some blitzing involved.and even then just mixing it up. What are talking about. I was first to say silsbee was a better team than w.o last year.bcz of something they took advantage of. No excuses.i think newton will win state again.but the 2 teams from jump that could beat newton.is still there.w.o and gilmer. The difference between those 2 and silsbee is.silsbee is more of a power running team.thats not gonna throw it 25-30 times a game.that game should've been alot closer.but it was a learning tool for silsbee.it doesn't have anything to do with me been from w.o.its abt matchups of teams.

I think newton does a damn gud job of developing there backs.and if u a get a chance and go back and look what hurts most teams against newton.is dbs,rovers,and lbs aren't coming up and taking out the lead blockers.causing players to go around and newton backs cut back no one is there to make a tackle.no disrespect to them.unless w.o turns the ball over.i can't see newton beating them bcz what they can do to bother newton.they will dink and dunk with QB.and put 41 on the edge.but the key to it all.is w.o will run a 40 defense to get them off the edge.ik Sylvester is a great present.but he will be consumed with #69 of w.o who's a manchild.that does both ways.watch a tape on 69.no one can block him.unless he allows them.there best player.besides 41.the kid had abt 14 offers himself.alot of ppl don't like watching the big nasties up front. If newton can't dominate up front like do everyone else.that L is coming.

Yes. Just what I have already seen.DBs out of position.oline didn't know how to pick up a blitz.and threw one route. Newton ran man coverage on one side.and the other corner was in bail technic.which tells me he's covering deep.any 2 man route to that would hurt them.seatruck is there best DB.any gud throwing qb will hurt them throwing across the middle.alot silsbee can fix.with all the offensive firepower the OC has to put them in better position.til the defense gels together.

That's why I luv this bcz everyone has an opinion.it wasnt just the rain.better team won. I'll be the first to admit that w.o doesn't play well in it. But can't take away from the run silsbee had.ik for fact that w.o coaches did all they could to get them to know there assignments.its just some team developing are slower than others.case in point first play of the game silsbee throws a post route for a TD and DB didn't know what coverage they were in.it happens.silsbee is a team that starts slow every yr. No surprise at the first 2 games but gets better as the season goes on.in the words of a wise coach.its not where u start but where u finish.hoping all setx does well.

Imo u hit the nail on the head.ive watched silsbee games.foster has played well.i think they oc put him in some bad position.even the newton game was predictable.newton takes away the middle against them and blitz alot up the middle.thats why I don't get why they want roll him out from time to time.when the line fail to pick up the blitz.even better why not let dump it off to RBS more and turn it into a trackmeet.and get those backs on the perimeter more.and on defense sure they need to tackle better.but the biggest problem was they were out of position on defense.causing them to try reach to tackle newton.newton is precise on there plays and are fundamentally sound with those athletes.alot things that has been going wrong for silsbee will be fixed by district.and u will see a different team. That's why some matchups early on favors the more experienced teams.

U are absolutely correct. I have nothing but respect for every team. In setx. It's great that they play each other.the only point that I was making is w.o is the only team that has something different that makes it hard for newton on defense and offense. If our kids just hold on to the ball and continue to slow down with the drops .this will be a 4th qtr game.

First off no youngster.know football and played.never hater.tell it how it is.newton was and still is a gud team.i can sit here tell newton,silsbee,jasper,Crosby were better teams than these kids last yr.but what u don't get is what makes newton so gud is the ability to get there kids where they want them.starting with the online and dline.they know which to block on offense.and try to blitz alot on defense.what u missed that want work against everyone.u out coach silsbee bcz all them great backs they wanted to run up the middle for some reason.and theiw one route.a go route.and lets not forget bro. They're better in man than zone. Which they will play friday.they will run a 40 defense against newton.and man up on the wrs.all abt matchups. So newton's best chance of winning is by beating one on one coverage.the only reason newton wrs looked so gud is bcz silsbee DBs were looking in the backfield and blowing coverage. Every team isn't going to do that.
