I put HJ basketball because they have been pretty good for years. WOS has been as well but I think HJ has had more success... (correct me if i am wrong) If it were for each sport then WOS would get my vote for football for sure!

Is there more and more of players being hit by pitches now than ever before? Or is the media just covering players being hit by a pitch more often now than in the past? With fight earlier this week, Ozzie's comments about if you hit my players there will be retaliation, David Wright last night, and Ian Kinsler being thrown at and missed then on his next at bat being hit in the head like Wright; it just seems like alot for one week of baseball. Can someone tell me if this is just another week in the BIGS or if it is becoming more common? I want to add the wright hit didnt look like it was on purpose but I just want to know about players being hit in general whether on purpose or accident.

Watched a little of the Jasper scrimmage vs Mount Pleasant. Jasper has some speed on both sides of the ball. The D from what i saw did pretty well and the O did pretty good also. Not bad for their first scrimmage!

From the looks of the pics the track is only 4 lanes maybe five. If they were to have a meet it would likely be a small one. They could have got the track for practice so that they didnt have to bus over to Liberty and to improve the look of the stadium.
