The reason wos fans are pissed off is cause expectations are high every year. Not like the other school around here. Wos had expectations to getting to the state championship every year. While other teams in the area are satisfied by just winning a district championship. I see why wos fans are furious right now. Cause they haven't played like a team that has a chance to make it to state this year

I was talking about when they get in district after the Silsbee game. All the games after that it's pretty weak

I think wos will get it together defensively. At least they're getting exposed now instead of the playoffs. As far as the offense gose as long as you can stop there run game. They don't have nothing. Looks like alot of people not in the right position on offense. They need to get a deep pass game going. And give whatever qb they use the best talent to throw to. I can't understand why shaw ain't lined up out wide. He's 6'2" built like a wr. And judge has barely been out there til late in this game. They need to use this time against some of the weaker teams there gonna be playing to get the qb on rythem with his wr's

I remember in 2007 I think. Wos played at lcm and it was a mud bowl. I think the final score was 12-6 or something close to that. Nobody could keep there feet underneath them

The current qb looks like he has a pretty decent arm. They didn't really call many plays for him to throw down field. Mostly just screen passes. With his speed and athleticism. If he shows he can throw the ball down field. Then you could easily call a pass play spreading all the wr down field and if nothing ain't there let him pick a hole and take off.. that's always the best qb runs is the ones that's supposed to be a pass cause all the wr's have the defense spread out down the field. When you take the snap and just take off and run, a good defense will pick that up and stop it.

What time is kickoff. 7 or 7:30

Wos ain't going to state unless they can figure out how to score 48 ppg again. The 2 years they won state they were averaging 40 something ppg. All the other years they average around 28 or so ppg. It's nice having a good defense. But every once in awhile you come across a good offense. That also has a good defense. So there defense gives up more points than average but there offense don't have enough firepower to keep up.

The only thing I'm worried about is that CT new how to prepare his defense for the opposing offense. Can we do that now. If not We need to pick up our offensive numbers and move all the athletes to offense. Which ain't the mustang way. I've always likes having one of the best defenses in the state. I hope it can stay that way

Quick question, I know there winning, but the whole point of the spread it to spread the ball around. So if you don't got the qb to do that and your strength is your offensive line, running backs, and defense, why not play power football and run out the I formation and get 4 or 5 yards a carry maybe break a few big runs, and even set up play action pass. And control the clock and let your defense do there thing. I know the spread is working now, but when they get deep in the playoffs there gonna come across a team thst they won't be able to move the ball on in the spread, it would be nice to have a back up plan

Thats what's happens when your use to winning and get a different generation in there that don't know what it takes to win. No heart in the tradition in the program to give up that many points a night, maybe they need the " chain gang" back

What happened to that zigler kid from last year ? He was pretty good believe he was a sophmore last year. I haven't seen his name this year on the team preview or roster list.

That just proves it wos can't win nothing unless they have a qb tbat knows how to play c cause the defense will always be there

When is wos gonna learn and get under center.

Wos needs to get behind center.

If they do play tonight wos would be better off just going under center and putting there heavy package in if they have one and playing power football. I don't see the spread being successful in this weather.

We didn't even know were wos vs jasper was playing last week at this time lol.. Just kidding. Can't wait til the game gonna be another good one.

Silsbee fans keep talking about all the rushing yards they had the first game, but didn't mention with all them yards they still had 3 less points than the stangs lol.

A lot of new faces on the wos d since the first time we played.

Go watch the game and tell me what hole hunt was going to run threw if he would of played, cause I'm not seeing it.

Jasper had 35 the first time then only 14 last week

Wish they would move the game to Thursday or Saturday night. Its supposed to be storming friday
