My thoughts on this game.. you got 2 high powered offenses that score a lot of points then a Robinson d that gives up a bunch of points and a mustang D that has gave up 30 points all year. the mustangs will have no problem scoring points. The mustangs d has not seen a spread offenses this year that can pass the ball like Robinson can. But I think the D line for the stangs will be the difference in this game. They will bring the pressure and the qb for Robinson will be forced to make bad decisions. And the wos secondary will do the rest. I think Robinson's offense counts on the big play to set them up for td's. They will make a few big plays but not many.. my prediction is 63-10 wos

Idk what his big deal is with the time of possession. If he would of been at the game he would of saw wos offense score on 2 or 3 play drives and only take about a minute off the clock on each drive. That's what happens to teams that score fast they usually don't win the time of possession, an to a team that runs the ball every play and let's the play clock get 2 seconds

If wos had 2500 kids at there school I'm sure they wouldn't mind playing 6A teams. With only 600 kids at there school they have a ton of talent so how much more talent do you think they would have if they has 2500 kids. My bet is they would probably be one of the top five teams in 6a

The 2005 wos team had one of the worst defenses in program history. That's the Only reason they didn't win state that year.

Yeah I know we was a sophomore that year though. He has had 2 years 2 get better. But if la Grange don't get a passing game it probably would be the same results

Maybe wos will run into la Grange in the playoffs and get to go up against one of the best running backs in the nation if he gets healthy.

Wos has allowed just 3 first downs in the last 2 games

The only way wos d is getting scored on this year is if the blow an assignment. Or they face up against a team that has an athletic qb in the spread offence that runs the ball slot on qb keepers like the silsbee qb and cuero qb did last year. That seemed to be there only weakness on defense.

I think bridge city and silsbee is gonna be a pretty good district matchup.

I was watching the movie Friday night lights last night I've seen it probably 3 or 4 times and never noticed this but there is a part in the movie where there showing a newspaper and it shows where Permian is ranked in 5A. If you look carefully at the bottom of the screen it shows part of the 4A rankings and you can see west orange Starks name at the number 1 spot. I thought that was pretty cool

Nederland scored 50 + point the last 2 weeks scored 0 on wos bridge city scored 56 points a week then played wos and scored 0. And lcm scored 0 on wos and they have scored 40+ points the last 2 weeks. So I guess we will see how silsbee does

Silsbee couldn't stop png or Newton's O. I don't think they can stop wos O. If silsbee is gonna win this game they will need to score 50 points and there not doing that against the chain gang

This is one of there biggest D lines they have had in a while. There nose guard is a 4 year starer in varsity. And they are probably one of the fastest D lines in the state

This D is gonna be really good. But they need to tell the offense not to score so fast so they can have a little time to rest . Lol

Maybe Shaw will finally see a good defense when they play kennedale next week
