There's plenty of trash talking to go around, from all directions.  Everyone needs to realize that most of the silly stuff comes from kids being kids.  No biggie!!!  Hope the kids from all schools stay focused and finish the year strong and the leave the mouthing to the mature adults...LOL (I guess I'm one of those trash talkers from Evadale)  :-\ :-\  Good luck in the playoffs 23A

Really hate it for the Chester kids and their program.  Franklin has done a good job of getting the kids out, [b]there just isn't enough of em in the halls[/b].  If I remember right, the year before Franklin took over in Chester they ended the season with 11 kids. Hang in there Yellow Jackets...hope your injuries heal soon.

Should be a good game...I believe HD has a few more offensive weapons than WH does.  Both teams have a good defense so i give the edge to HD... HD-21 WH-7

Well, I usually don't get too involved in this type of stuff.  But since we're bailing each other out, I think wham was saying it seems odd for someone to talk about a team not being very good when they have already lost to them.  To be honest, it seems odd to me also.  Don't be hattin, I'm like you, just calling it the way I see it.  You're right, [b]everyones[/b] entitled to their opinion and I think wham, mo, 83, chronicle, whoever is also entitled.  In my opinion I think this thread is stupid...just like a thread topic of "Are The Stangs That Horrible?" would be.  But that's just my opinion, no skin off my back.  I also don't believe anyone thinks all Burkeville posts are ignorant, its not hard to pick out the ones with football savy.

H-D 35 SP 7 [/quote]I tend to agree.  HD is not running Gilmore enough and I have no idea why.  He really didn't run alot against Kountze nor Evadale.  That's the only two times I saw HD play.  That seems to be their strength, then throw a little to keep the defense honest.  JMO

SP is coming around as are many teams in this district. I just don't see SP beating Hull this year. HD has battled through tons of adversity from losing their starting QB in the summer to some season ending injuries, but they still have alot of grit, and when was the last time HD lost 3 district games in a year...? I've got HD by 3 scores. Good luck both teams!!

I was going to ask if I could do a "write in" with Leli. But, as its been stated a couple of times...this is a "fun" poll. I have seen several posts in different forums regarding Leli and I am sure you (and I) are not the only ones thinking he is having a fantastic year! Mr Lupeheke is an extremly talented wide reciever. He has great hands and runs good routes. That young man might be able to play at the next level especially with so many college programs running the spread. I would agree that he is an outstanding player. Spot on Yeller...He is crisp and has good speed and GREAT hands. He makes things happen...I was very impressed with Lupeheke!!

I'm certainly not the official spokesman for the Evadale Rebels, but I'm pretty sure they don't care if anyone respects em or not. They just strap it on every Friday night and play ball. No one from Evadale started this thread. You don't have to love em hate or respect em...I don't think they care!! Keep playing boys, You're still the depending District Champs and all you've been doing is beating every team that suits up against you, not too bad!!! Are you overrated? Who cares!!! Beat the West Hardin Oilers (whom I respect) this Friday night and let the rest worry about whatever it is they worry about!!!

You bring up a good point...it rained buckets on the Stangs but I noticed that the Rebs uniforms were completely dry. I don't know how coach Will does it but hats off to him for keeping the rain on the Bville side of the line of scrimmage all night. ??? ??? ???

Good physical game. No quit from the Cards tonight. They could have laid down after an early 15-0 lead by the Rebs but they didn't. Good job Rebs, keep taking care of your business and overlook no one.
