We keep hearing how much Buna lost to graduation...must have good young players or pretty good staff, or both! Sounds like a good game. Congrats Buna.

He scored on a long pass reception this week. Yeah that was nice...had a pretty good run to. I think the best athlete to touch the field in this game was the qb #1 from Livingston but he had no team around him, and some int's because he was under constant pressure with nobody to throw to. If I remember correctly Lumbertons fault last year was its secondary...not so this year. #1 is no doubt a good athlete. He also started in Livingstons secondary and on occasion, they would bring in another QB and split him out wide...a couple more like him and Livingston would be a handfull!

You are right they are terrible! I watched a half of it and had to leave it was ridiculous. Lumberton has a ways to go before they can get their hopes up. They will struggle to get into the playoffs this year from what I saw. You obviously don't know a thing about football!!!

Lumberton has improved tons since the HF game!!! Hannah is stout and the passing game is coming around. The defense is stingy! These guys are going to be tough. I know many out there still don't believe, but I really don't think Lumberton cares anymore...

Evadale's second string should see plenty of action.

Dville is not the same team they were at the beginning of the season. I believe the new coach has started to figure out the strengths and weaknesses of his team. In the Sabine Pass game, Dville blew out the Sharks (who wouldn't) and passed...A BUNCH. They beat the Rebels in a game that was very close at the half in which the Pirates passed much of the first half and ran most of the second. They took HF to overtime by mostly running...seems like two different teams wearing the same color uniform.

For the first time in my life, I agree with 55, but I really think (hope) WH can pull it out when the time comes. Having said that, my prediction...WH by two scores over the Jackets. If I'm wrong and Chester pulls it out over WH, this just might be the year Chester returns to the playoffs.

I'm pulling for you Pirates, but I saw HF play Lumberton pretty close for 3 quarters. HF has a classy program and no way they will run the score up but, HF by 3 scores...
