Navy averages 7 to 8 passes a game boy that’s a lot of passing! Like I said they RUN the same type of offense WE RUN! We’ll make about 4 or 5 passing attempts a game our self. You obviously have Navy confused with some other offense. May want to do a little research.

Wish we were more balanced on offense but this is the offense Matthews wants to run. By the way I don’t think Matthews thinks his players are stupid. Did you know that Navy runs this same offense. I promise you that you don’t get into the Naval Academy being stupid. There 5-1 with that 1950’s offense. I doubt Navy’s coach thinks that his players are stupid. Man, somebody told me 3 refs showed up at Pirate Stadium today an threw 3 flags on the field. They said each flag was a different infraction called against the Pirates. They also said they would be back to throw more flags against the Pirates tomorrow! They said they would mark them off Friday when the game starts! What’s up with these Refs! Lol!!!!!!!! Bahaha!!!!!

If I had to guess I would think Matthews would put Quirante on Riggs. Yes there’s a another Quirante left. He’s a Senior. Plays dB. About 6’3 close 200lbs an has Speed. Probably the most athletic out of all the Quirante boys. The rest of the secondary has pretty good size speed also. You will hear #15 called a lot . He’s a head hunter and very intense. A lot things gotta go right for us to get the W but it’s achievable. Gotta Love High School Football! Good Luck!

I have to say our front seven and DB’s are much improved from last year. Our offense is a lot younger this year but improving week by week. Hopefully we have 2 of our starting running backs back on the field from injury this Friday. I know our defense will have there hands full but I think there up for the challenge. Our defense is definitely not afraid to hit and wrap up. There will be some hard hitting this Friday I promise you. Come on Friday!
