I believe that term was used in conjunction with the Democrats have always claimed to be for the working man. As you can see today they are not. I never took that phrase having anything to do with race but I don’t look at everything in a racial lens. Smashmouth I think your right! -

My mistake in the wording but it wouldn’t have passed without the Republicans. I stand corrected. -

Setx Fan, I see you can’t debunk what I posted. There is nothing deceptive about the fact that there was a larger percentage of Democrats that voted against or opposed the 1964 civil rights act than Republicans. These are the percentages of who voted for approval of the 1964 Civil Rights Act. Nothing deceptive about these numbers. This is fact. Democrats Republicans House 63%. 80% 153 of 244 136 of 171 Senate 69%. 82% 46 of 67 27 of 33 I think I look REAL at this point. Your the one that’s grasping for straws. -

The virus will runs its course regardless what we do. Protect the high risk individuals which is very small percentage of the population. The high risk individuals know who they are. Then let the healthy population go about living there lives. March,April, and May is the first time in US history that we quarantined an entire healthy population. Personally I didn’t think it made sense.

Republicans voted to abolish Slavery, Democrats Opposed It. Republicans gave Blacks the right to vote, Democrats Opposed It. Republicans passed the 1964 Civil Rights Act, Democrats Opposed It. The first Black Republican was elected to the United States Senate in 1871. The first Black Democrat wasn’t elected to the United States Senate until 1999. The first 22 Blacks elected to the U S House were all Republicans. Martin Luther King Sr. was a Republican. Martin Luther King Jr. was a Independent. Abraham Lincoln was a Republican. Jim Crow was a Democrat. The KKK operated as a paramilitary wing of the Democratic Party. -

Don’t forget the Black African Families that sold their own kids into slavery along with the Black Africans that sold the slaves. The Democrat Party is the Jim Crow Party and the KKK Party might as well own it because it’s True. Might as well go after Margaret Sanger too who is the founder of Planned Parenthood who the Democrat Party supports whole heartily. 400,000 blacks babies are aborted every year. She believed in eugenics which is what the Nazi’s believed in to purify a race. Matter of fact the Democrats favorite candidate Hillary Clinton gladly accepted the Margaret Sanger Award in 2009. The Democrat Party must be Super Proud of their Racist History! -

Since the left ( Democrats) thinks tearing down statues and changing names because of their offensive history is needed TX Rep. Louie Gohmert has called for the Democrats to change their name due to their ties to Jim Crow, KKK, etc. As outlined in the resolution, a great portion of the history of the Democratic Party is filled with racism and hatred. Since people are demanding we rid ourselves of the entities, symbols, and reminders of the repugnant aspects of our past, then the time has come for Democrats to acknowledge their party’s loathsome and bigoted past, and consider changing their party name to something that isn’t so blatantly and offensively tied to slavery, Jim Crow, discrimination, and the Ku Klux Klan. As the country watches violent leftists burn our cities, tear down our statues and call upon every school, military base and city street to be renamed, it is important to note that past atrocities these radicals claim to be so violently offensive were largely committed by members in good standing of the Democratic Party. Whether it be supporting the most vile forms of racism or actively working against Civil Rights legislation, Democrats in this country perpetuated these abhorrent forms of discrimination and violence practically since their party’s inception. To avoid triggering innocent bystanders by the racist past of the Democratic Party, I would suggest they change their name. That is the standard to which they are holding everyone else, so the name change needs to occur.” -
Well obviously The First Step Act which was a bipartisan criminal justice bill signed by Trump in December of 2018 felt there were some ridiculous laws on the books are it wouldn’t have passed. That’s not something I heard, that’s a fact. But if you want to have the opinion that you should get 25 years in prison for shooting down a little drone fine, I still find it ridiculous.
-
I never said private citizens could get warrants but if some else wants to invade your privacy on your own property I would think THEY would need to get some kind of warrant. We’ll just goes to show there needs to be more reform own some the ridiculous laws. Thanks for the info.

I am referring to a drone just constantly hovering over private property with a camera on it taking pics or video. If my daughter was out at the pool laying out getting some sun an I saw that happening that drone would be blown out of the sky I don’t care who it belongs too. Maybe we’re just not understanding each other.

Police helicopters are a lot bigger an are usually marked so you could identify them. Maybe I am just thinking about a small drone like my son flys.

Amen and Amen! If Vidor stays healthy at the offensive back position ( Quarterback, Halfback, Tailback and Fullback) and the defense picks up where it left off last year then I see them at the 1 or 2 spot in district. Go Pirates!
