I’ve watched a few games of BH and several from his CP days, i do kinda agree. He did have some questionable play calling, especially on the road against PA memorial last season. However, i feel like he has a good plan coming to Lufkin. Also, our previous OC wasn’t a great play caller but averaged a lot of points over the last 15 years. This man is clearly better from what I’ve seen and I think he will have more talent to work with at Lufkin. So….we will see.

Yea, I think it was built in mid 2000s maybe? and it’s half the football field. Mostly use it for bad weather and workouts/lifting weights. I think only a few schools in east Texas have one though. I know Marshall has a nice one but it’s not fully indoor and maybe Carthage. Can’t remember the other school.

I think most of the fan base can agree with that. But someone else clearly doesn’t understand much and I’m not going to try and explain it to him. Say what you want about the fan base and Lufkin, but our community wasn’t in the news being called out for the same stuff that you’re trying to portray us to be. I know which community was though and I’ll leave it there.

Yea, they’re talented and have good size. Should be a good and close game. Just hope we can pull it out and keep remaining guys healthy.

Usually i jump on our OC for being too conservative on drives, but with the teams that we have played against so far, i think the defense and running game has been good enough to win it. So…it is what it is. Not sure about PAM and Ball.

Doubt it’s the trip that was the reason. Kids are used to it by now. They’ve been doing it since little league and middle school. Texarkana was just as bad for them this year.. The sluggish starts on offense are kinda expected. We’re playing without our starting QB and probably best receiver. Then we have an OC that can be very conservative at times. Honestly don’t think it’s the travel.
