Who's whining now ? Find something to cling to like Faircloth leaving, it may make you feel better. When we hired Faircloth there were a lot on here saying( a lot of Lumberton posters also) coaching wasn't the problem, we just didn't have any talent. Then all season we haven't played anyone, but we kept putting up every week. Have we played anyone yet? Maybe, maybe not. You can't find any whining in that post. Raiders aren't getting it done. To many mental mistakes in turnover's and penalties. Uncharacteristic for a Creduer team. But there is also a bit of a talent dropoff from the last 2 years as well as the number of kids in the program is down a little. Not sure why. As for PNG fans, just going by the majority of the posts over the last 3 years. Even Stevie Wonder could have read all the whining on hear. In spite of the fans, it is good to see PNG back on top. It is fun to watch a tradition rich program.

If I were a LCM fan I would be fuming over them being rated behind Livingston.

Looks like the Indians are seperating themselves from the rest of 20-4A. Should take this game by 2 or 3 td's. Now we get to see the indian fans go from whiner's to obnoxious. You guys next worry is how long will fairclothe stay.

I think Lumberton moves ahead of Dayton and Crosby. Jasper beat Kirbyville and should be ahead of them.

Wow! One of the few series that my Alma Mater has dominated. Hope this trend continues tomorrow night.

For all those fans who ultimately want Lamar to play in the BCS division, you have to think ahead on stadium capacity. I am not an advocate of expanding the stadium for the first few season's, but you have to have a plan. I like the amenities, and for sure they would have to be part of the current plan as well as any expansion plans to get the stadium Lamar would need to move to the next level. I dont know if the current site has enough room to go to a 50k stadium but I would think to get in a Conference that would be BCS viable you would need that. It would also be necessary to bring in the second tier Big 12, SEC or other conference schools for home games. I know, big dreams but you don't get big without dreaming big.

The Houston Chronicle shows Vidor offense @ 967 yds through 2 games and Lumberton's @ 718 yds. Didn't look up the other teams but they should be different as well. Couldn't find the defensive stats.

I wonder if the 36k capacity includes upper decks on one or both sides or just expanding the current sides hieght with a horsehoe. I think that they may be able to get real close to 40k capacity but would love to see what a stadium architect could come up with.

I never saw your recap of last Friday's games. Did you put that out?

Does anyone know why Lumberton & Silsbee has not played a regular season game in ~6 years? Also, does anyone have the series standing between the 2 schools. My recollection is that Silsbee dominated the early games and Lumberton dominated the later games.

Quite a bit shocked that Silsbee got manhandled by Diboll. I thougt I saw on this board that Diboll got beat 48-0 either in their last scrimmage or 1st game. These early season games are hard to predict but I'm not a believer that Silsbee has the goods to beat Lumberton. And Soulja, you've run that speed from Central at Lumberton the last three years with no success.

Honestly Gun, I expect Silsbee to win all 5 games but I would put Lumberton and Newton as the two toughest non district games. Davis and Jasper will be tough, not as much as last year. The Diboll game I expect Silsbee to win by a couple of TD's or more. When was the last time Silsbee beat Lumberton? I know it has been quite a while. I'm thinking Lumberton wins that game but I'll listen to your reasons as to why you think the tigers will win.

I don't think the Raiders will lose to Silsbee. But then again I know you are biased just like I am. When was the last time Silsbee beat Lumberton? Had to be in the 90's.

Saw the Merka kid in a playoff game last year. Has the potential to be the real deal in college.
