This past weekend JV Nederland beat Bridge City, lcm, and Crosby in JV/Sophomor tournament in Nederland. Now 4-0 for the year. Sophmores Nederland went 3-0 in this same tournament.

No sorry but that is not allowed in Babe Ruth. All playeres go through a draft, no team registrations.

Reminder Registration starts this Saturday Need to bring copy of birth certificate. There is also an additional concession stand charge of $25/family

Cutoff date is April 30. He would be 16. There is Mid County Senior Babe Ruth  ages 16-18 Play there games in Nederland on high school field. They usually post registration information on this board. They do start later because of the high school players.

NBR with be holding registration for the 13-15 year olds. The dates are 1/29, 2/5, and 2/12. This will take place at the NBR field concession stand located on Park St in Nederland between Hillcrest Baptist Church and Carmella's. Please bring your player with you, if possible, to be sized for jersey and hat. The times are from 10-2 on all dates. Registration fee is $140 with discount for brothers/sisters. NBR plays on a regulation sized field with 90' bases and pitching from 60' 6". Get your kids ready for high school ball. We welcome kids from all over the area. Beaumont, Port Neches, Port Arthur, Groves, Hampshire/Fannett, Winnie, Lumberton. If you like to play ball, we'll find a place for you. :) :) :)

An indian and a Bulldog were sentenced to the electric chair for a murder. The police told the Bulldog that if nothing happened he was free to go. He asked the Bulldog if he had any last words and he said no and pushed the button. Nothing happened so he was free to go. Then the indian got into the chair and they told him if nothing happened then he was free to go.
