Imposing tariffs are a last resort option. The threat is the main thing. The reason why Trump is backing off is that the President of Mexico has came around to what Trump/America wanted. It's my understanding that the father of the young cancer survivor, that the Dems didn't applaud and stand for, lives in the same district that Green represents. Thoughts are that he might run against Green. I'd be all for it!!

This may be a game changer. We know that the majority of these suits filed have no basis in law. They find a radical judge and get the ruling they want. Then it's eventually overturned. Once they realize they'll be personally liable then hopefully the crazy lawsuits will stop.
