I think Nederland has the athletes to compete in the classification they are required to compete in. PNG seems to not have a problem. If Ned had PNG's coaching staff we probably wouldn't be having this conversation. Thoughts?!

I do like your analogy. But I think the people of Nederland could do something about it by pressuring the administration. That is unless we've become so complaisant that we think mediocrity's the norm. Or, that this HC was part of the recent success Nederland had and so people think that it can't be this HC as the problem. So, then, it must the the kids. Although kids never appear to be the problem at PNG. Again, pressure is going to have to come from Ned's taxpayers. Otherwise we'll be, again, sitting in the stands watching PNG have all the fun.

People with the power to do something has got to see what everyone else sees. Especially what's going on in the neighboring city of PNG. Hiring the right coach can eventually get you there. Why not try and do the right thing so the Nederland faithful can experience what the PNG faithful has experienced the past two years. But, there's not much faith that Nederland can do the right thing. Since 1967, only one out of 9 hires has been any good. And that one good hire, it took them three tries. Thoughts?!
