Nothing in this article concerns life or death. If farmers were needing USAID, then they'll have to retool their operation. USAID was created in 1961: What did these farmers do before this? Trump has said if anything at USAID is absolutely necessary, it'll be rolled into, I believe, the State Department. If the concern was people losing their jobs, well, they'll just have to go out in the private sector and find another one. Just like people do all the time.

We could have saved this 200 Billion dollars! But, Trump will have the war solved within the 1st half of the year. I feel confident of this!
