H. Biden is supposed to appear before a Judge on 7-26 to see if the Judge accepts the plea deal. Congressman Jason Smith sent in a brief to the Judge entering into evidence the testimony of the IRS whistle blower. This is a legal move to make sure that the Judge really wants to let Biden off with a slap on the hand. But, on 7-25, Biden's attorney called the court house clerk and "pretended" to be the Republican attorney and told the clerk that they really didn't mean to file all the whistle blower information. His attorney wanted the Judge to strike that info from the record. To say the least, the Judge was furious. The Judge gave Biden's lawyers until 9 PM on 7-25 to explain themselves or be sanctioned. I'm wondering if it was the bong smoking lawyer that made the call?! Anyway -- should be interesting how she decides!! @UT alum @Big girl @CardinalBacker

Although Beaumont will always have the athletes, this, along with a large enrollment, won't matter if bad coaches are in charge.
