The supremacy of the Feds over State's rights has deep roots. Andrew Jackson prevailed! About 150 years ago (referring to the 1830s, as the Nullification Crisis occurred in 1832–1833 during Andrew Jackson's presidency), Andrew Jackson confronted what was effectively a rebellion—or at least a serious threat of armed resistance—by the state of South Carolina. The event is known as the Nullification Crisis. South Carolina, angry over high federal protective tariffs (especially the "Tariff of Abominations" of 1828 and the adjusted Tariff of 1832) that hurt the Southern economy, passed an Ordinance of Nullification in November 1832. This declared the tariffs unconstitutional and unenforceable within the state after February 1, 1833. The state convention also began military preparations, raising volunteer forces and purchasing arms, while threatening secession if the federal government tried to enforce the tariffs. Jackson viewed this as a direct challenge to federal authority and the Union itself, equating nullification with treason and rebellion. His key actions included: Issuing the famous Proclamation to the People of South Carolina on December 10, 1832, where he strongly denounced nullification as unconstitutional, warned that it led toward disunion, and urged South Carolinians to obey federal law. He described the actions as bringing the state "to the brink of insurrection and treason." Requesting and supporting the Force Bill (passed by Congress in March 1833), which authorized him to use military force—including federal troops and the navy—to collect the tariffs and enforce federal laws if necessary. Jackson prepared for potential conflict by positioning troops, a naval squadron near Charleston, and readying fortifications. Jackson was prepared to use force to crush any rebellion, famously threatening (privately) to hang nullification leaders like his former vice president John C. Calhoun. The crisis was resolved peacefully through compromise: Congress passed the Compromise Tariff of 1833 (brokered by Henry Clay), gradually lowering tariffs to satisfy Southern concerns. South Carolina then repealed its Nullification Ordinance (though it symbolically nullified the Force Bill). This standoff is seen as a major test of federal supremacy over states' rights, and Jackson's firm stance helped preserve the Union—for the time being—while foreshadowing the deeper conflicts that led to the Civil War decades later. In short, Jackson forcefully opposed South Carolina's nullification and threat of rebellion, issued a stern proclamation, prepared for military action, and ultimately backed down the state through a combination of threats and compromise. Minnesota better learn history before they get even more embarrassed than they are now! @Big girl @UT alum @DCT

From the article: "Republicans are now on the investigative prowl and sounding increasingly confident they can find and prove there was an intentional strategy by Democrats to hijack elections and manipulate apportionment in deep blue states like Minnesota. As the magnitude and complexity of Minnesota’s Somali immigrant welfare fraud scandal come into clearer focus, Republicans in Congress are more boldly talking about it being part of a larger scheme by Democrats to use illegal immigrants and purported refugees to hijack federal elections and manipulate apportionment that determines Americans’ congressional representation and federal funding. The Republicans' argument goes like this: Democrats reversed Donald Trump’s related first-term executive orders and ensured that noncitizens, including illegal immigrants, were counted into 2020 U.S. Census. Then-President Biden opened the southern border so that millions of illegals could flood the country in just a few years. Next, liberal nonprofits helped move those migrants from the southern border red states, where they were not particularly welcome, to "sanctuary cities" in Democratic-run cities in the election battleground states and helped them enroll in welfare at the taxpayers' expense. And finally, Democratic leaders, like failed vice-presidential candidate Minnesota Gov. Tom Walz, they say, failed to act — or even worse, looked the other way — when evidence emerged that non-citizens were defrauding those safety net programs by the tune of billions of dollars. And liberal judges blocked efforts to stop or punish the fraud." [Hidden Content]

I'm not sure what you are talking about when you are insinuating Trump is gonna take Greenland. He just said he'll not use force. Personally I think he'll make a deal. You know, that's what he does!

From the article: "The Supreme Court handed a crushing blow to the radical left’s ballot-harvesting machine on Wednesday. In a stunning 7-2 decision, the High Court ruled that Republican Congressman Mike Bost (R-IL) has the legal standing to challenge Illinois’s unconstitutional law that allows mail-in ballots to be counted up to 14 days after Election Day. This ruling reverses the Seventh Circuit and sends the case back to the lower court—where Illinois’ late-ballot scheme will now be evaluated on the merits This is the game-changer we have been waiting for. For years, Democrats and their media allies have relied on “late-arriving ballots” to shift the results of elections days or even weeks after the polls close. We all remember what happened in 2020. We remember the “pauses” and the late-night spikes. But now, the Supreme Court has finally opened the floodgates for Republicans to sue to stop it." [Hidden Content]

Who Funds the Groups Harassing ICE Agents in Minnesota? The Left's Premier Foundations and Dark Money Networks Have Given Millions, Records Show. From the article: "At the center of the unrest is the Sunrise Movement, a left-wing group founded to fight climate change that has since directed its local chapters to fight the Trump administration. Sunrise is bankrolled by a who's who of deep-pocketed left-wing organizations. Open Society Foundations has sent it $2 million since 2019, according to its grant database. Half of the money supported general "social welfare activities." The Ford Foundation contributed $150,000 in 2024 and $550,000 in 2025, while the MacArthur Foundation—the 12th-largest private charity in America—gave $250,000 in 2024, according to tax filings and grant disclosures. Sunrise says it generally rejects "checks that come with expectations of input on our strategy." It also says donations go to support its local chapters with "materials, housing, technology, food, travel, training expenses, and more." Sunrise Twin Cities has collaborated with two other local groups to drive anti-ICE demonstrations: Unidos MN and Defend the 612." [Hidden Content]

You don’t there’s guilt there “if” they teach to break laws. Heck, they got Trump on RICO charges. Is there culpability here in this area? 🤷♂️
-
Not if they peacefully protest. But which party is responsible if laws are broken? What are they being taught at these protest “teaching” sessions? The payers do need to be exposed!
-
One protester caught saying. "I did my shift"! Find out who's paying them and prosecute!
