Hunter Biden has been caught misleading a judge (perjury?!) while under oath during his disastrous plea deal hearing last week. Delaware district judge Maryellen Noreika had asked Hunter where he was eligible to practice law. “You’re member of the bar?” she asked him. Hunter replied, “Yes, your Honor. District of Columbia and Connecticut, your Honor.” But according to Connecticut bar records, Hunter had an “administrative suspension for failure to pay the Client Security Fund fee” in 2021, which was repeated in November that same year and in June of 2022.
