What I have to say about the electric situation in general is: When a battery can lift a 787 off the ground then we'll talk!

Just because it hasn't happened yet in Warren doesn't mean it has never happened elsewhere. I have given you examples of teams in the past that were, my opinion, equal to or even less than Warren. But, I will agree with you 100%, Warren will not get an elite coach. But, again, at the time, neither did Carthage, Stephenville, and I'll give you another one, Celina, when they hired GA Moore and eventually won 6 State Titles while NOT winning one before him. Coach Moore won one, left, came back and won 5 more. Luck? Warren has only been playing football for 70 years. It took Carthage 84 years and it also took Stephenville 84 years to win their one of many State Titles. Warren just has to hire the right coach. But, again, that's a craps shoot. Surratt didn't have an elite history when he got to Carthage. But -- he EARNED it by winning his 8th State Title! Something no one before him was able to do. You think that was pure luck?

Let's explore what you think are the reasons. And I'll use a recent example: Carthage just won their 8th State Championship. From the start in 1924 to 2008 -- 84 YEARS, Carthage had NEVER won a State Title. It went through 20 different head coaches. Now, take a look at everything you have stated above and tell me/us that in the 84 years prior to Surratt's first Title none of the above ever existed. And that the previous 20 coaches were so darn unlucky that everything you state unfortunately for them only happened when Surratt showed up. And, BTW, I have many more examples. I gave to 2 in a previous post which you didn't read, didn't understand or didn't believe. Also, BTW, I'm enjoying this discussion!

OK, I'll play: What in his past coaching history would make you think he couldn't?

Gordon Wood, Art Briles, Scott Surratt, GA Moore and Doug Ethridge were not elite coaches when they first became head coaches. They earned the elite title by building their programs to championship status. Some can and some can't. One has to ask oneself: Why is it that a coach can go through his whole career and never even play in a State Championship? Luck?

I have a feeling biden is allowing the inmates to run the insane asylum! He's already been recorded saying he doesn't know what he's signing!

What came first -- the chicken or the egg?

Check a little history. Brownwood, before Gordon Wood arrived, could have been the Warren of their day. Mr. Woods first year wins the first of 7 State Titles. Not one before him, not one after. If it isn't the coaching, then why hasn't Brownwood won one since Woods left? Why do you think that is. Also take a look at Stephenville. Before Art Briles, they were probably a little worst off than before Woods got to Brownwood. So they, more than Brownwood could have been the Warren of their day. It took Briles 6 years to win his first of 4 State Titles. 3 of those were 16-0 seasons and the other one was 15-1. Stephenville never won a State Title before Briles, but has only won one since he left. I've given you facts. You have stated assumptions. Based on what Belichick has done in the past, he probably could. Within 5 years, maybe, maybe not. But, he could be like Gordon Woods and do it in 1 year or be like Art Briles and do it in 6 years.

What's amazing is that you have yet to condemn it. What's not amazing, is you have showed a couple of typical liberal tenets: 1) You made it about race. 2) You threw insults!
