Nothing is guaranteed. But you can narrow down by knowing what not to do. No buddy deals. And NO home cooking. Home cooking is based on sentimentality. Sentimentality is not a substitute for a good resume. The odds are small that you would find a good one this way. The gist of this is Take Your Time!!
