Well, I'd probably tend to .agree with him. With 42 million people on food stamps and God knows how many more on other give away programs I can see his point. I'm also pretty sure he's not talking about ditch diggers. So, yes, those sucking off the government teat are probably not qualified to do what he's talking about.
