CRUSHCOACH replied to king's topic in Professional Sports- NFL, NBA, MLB, Etc
I agree, Dallas does not need a quarterback with the defense they have !!!!!! Also need another descent running back. -
Well JJ loves MONEY, and JFF could bring him some more of the green stuff. But man the boys need some defensive linemen !!!
-

This is really getting ridiculous ! How can a school district allow this GROSS misuse to continue for so long.

Orange Crush Gold "Harrell" Tryout Info
CRUSHCOACH replied to CRUSHCOACH's topic in SETXsports Archived Threads
Sorry, had the wrong dates listed. They are correct now. -
Orange Crush Gold will have tryouts several days during July. We, as an organization, have been around for a LONG time and have had 100% of all our Seniors receive scholarships to play college ball since 2006 in all levels of college (DI, DII, DIII and JUCO). All positions will be looked at and considered during our tryouts, looking for the girls that best fit our team. We are looking for kids with good attitudes and a hard work ethic to continue to move our organization forward. We will continue to play many College Exposures during the fall as well as several games against JUCO's to prepare our girls for college ball. 1st Tryout Dates * Thursday August 1 5:00 PM at WOS High School * Saturday August 3rd 10:00 AM Pitchers & Catchers 12:30 PM Position Players * Sunday August 4th 2:00 PM Pitchers & Catchers 3:30 PM Position Players For questions about tryouts or the CRUSH Organization contact one of the following John Harrell Cell : (409) 988-1142 Email: ] Frank Russell Cell : (409) 673-8264 Email: ] Brad Dean Cell : (409) 540-3302 Email: Allen Gautreaux Cell : (409) 658-9669 Email:

Young Guns Gold Announcement
CRUSHCOACH replied to Armchair Quarterback's topic in SETXsports Archived Threads
Welcome Allen ! Glad to have you and the hard working determination you bring in getting kids recruited to the next level. I look forward to working with you and helping kids reach their goals of playing college softball. -
Congrats Kaylon and Good Luck ! Also, congrats Be Smart on the success ! Keep it up.

My thoughts...... Not that they mean anything for sure, are that as long as there are kids willing to put out the work and WANT to play select, then there should be teams for them to play on. Granted some teams are going to be weaker than others. But who are any of us to tell a kid they CAN NOT play Select. Or, who shouldn't be coaching a select team. Yes, there are allot of teams listed, but evidently they have the kids that want to play or they wouldn't have the team. All kids need a team that fit their own needs and surely with this huge list someone should be able to find a team. I believe the better teams, will eventually get the better talent as time goes on. As far as the GOLD name being added to teams names..... Who cares ! You still have to play the game and it doesn't take long to see who is and who isn't. Impact Gold has been around for years and produced some great teams. I wish the new Impact Gold (GTS) good luck in their future. Except when they play CRUSH (jk.. lol) Must be getting close to TRYOUT time again....

Most Consistent Sports Program in SETX?
CRUSHCOACH replied to BADSANTA's topic in SETXsports Archived Threads
When you add the less recognized sports as well, then I would say PNG, Ned. Soccer, Golf, Volleyball, Softball, along with baseball, football, and basketball. Track is another story, but if you add the majority of those sports then I would say those two for that area.
Have to add LCM in there as well. Usually in it in Golf, Volleyball, and definitely softball. -
