  Orange Crush Gold "Harrell" will be holding tryouts for next season on August 8th starting at 5:00 PM in Orange at Crush Park. Next tryout will be Saturday August 21 starting at 10:00 AM. Rain is always a given for IFA Nationals ! LOL..... Hopefully it will hold off for that week.

Does anyone know if the Lady Stros made the cut ? They were beating Hit Away 1 - 0 when the games were stopped and I went home. I would imagine there were some pretty PO'd people on that team if they didn't get a bid.

Intensity is also a local team.

Bottom line Texas has too many [b]INDIVIDUALS[/b] playing for themselves ! And the [b]TEAM[/b] is paying the price for it. Never have seen a team with so much talent play so CRAPPY ! It's really embarrassing. They also don't have a TRUE Point Guard that can shoot and pass, without turning the ball over.

I agree with what you say as well. The head of the Organization is ultimately, in the end, responsible for their Coaches actions. But, the question I have is if the Parents have contacted the person over the organization to discuss the problems they are having. It takes alot of communication on both parties parts to correct issues. You are also correct that Coaches can make or Break an organization.

Guys and Gals this should be handled in person not on here. Kids are going to read this and regardless of who's right or wrong it's not going to help any of them. Every Coach has their own ways of coaching, some may be right some may be wrong. Parents are the same way. Thats why each person should decide if a team fits them or not and if they don't move on and find a team or coach that you like. But, I don't think this is the place to air any "Dirty Laundry" on any one. Coach or Parent. I can assure you of this, the man that put the OOC organization together in the beginning, is a GREAT Guy and he is in it for the kids.

Congrats to the Miners on a great season thus far ! They should really cause some major problems for BIG Schhols in the tournament.

Its a much needed win. But geeze they still look bad. What happened to the team that was ranked #2 and #1 at the first of the year ? ??? They're lucky they were playing Oklahoma last night and not Kansas or any other top 10 team. They would have been so far behind by the end of the first half they could have never caught up.   Gotta pull it together NOW.
