No not me. Been there, done that Didnt see any contact info so fiqured someone was chumming ! ;D OH CC, i think there are 10 - 12U Teams now, 9 of them or Crush ! ;D NOT ! We only have 2 - 12U teams. I think ??? ??? ;D

How many 12U select teams do we have in our area now ? ??? ??? Got to be quite a few.

AT 6U they have to play in their own district in this area. In other words if you live in Beaumont you play in the Beaumont league. If you live in Orange in the Orange League and same for Nederland and Port Neches. When they reach 10U then they can go out to select teams if they prefer too. Then you can play out of your area if you wish.

Wow, This is a tough one ! Yes, you can expect the girls to do this ! And it is usually my first inclination to do it. But here is the issue, too many are going select that are not ready yet and then want sympathy, cant always have your cake and eat it too. But whenever anyone is kicking my a$$ NEVER GIVE ME SYMPATHY OUTS ! Sorry I got too much pride for sympathy ! ;D Just call "Time Out" and have your batter look over at BC and give him a great big ol' smile as umpire says "Times up, Ball Game." ;D ;D LOL It was a classic ! You little $hit ! I remember giving some little munchkin sympathy outs a few years back and he went ballistic and screamed at me too run it up ! ;D Oh yeah I remember that. CC sitting on the bucket in first base dugout and BC had a runnerat 3rd leave the base early and CC jumped up saying OH NO RUN IT UP, JUST RUN IT UP! ;D I would rather take a butt whipping than have the other team stepping off the bases early for outs. Sorry but to me thats more humiliating !

Are you kidding me? I simply stated that in all fairness we should be allowed to bring a couple of our own. Can you not see where that would be a fair request considering Bourgeois has been out of that area now for three years? And just so you know, Bourgeois had NO idea who the Ochoa guy was and only knew Tipton because he used to coach at LCM. : There were no complaints made about any of the guys....I just feel in all fairness we should be allowed to bring a couple of our own. And if Bourgeois' dad gets to call the game, you'll get no complaints out of me. That would just be another opportunity for my children to see their GRANDFATHER. :-* You tell'em Coach, or should I say ex-coach.

Congrats to Barbers Hill ! What a heck of a team. Haven't seen a team this year as balanced as they were. Anyone on the team could score, heck I think if they put the manager in the game she would have scored as well. Good Luck the rest of the way ladies ! Ya'll are a very classy group of players and parents! As for the Lady Bears, you could tell early in the game they were very up-tight. Missed several shots and couldn't seem to make any Free throws. I guess that comes with it being the girls first ever trip to the play-offs. However, I was very proud to see them come out in the second half and play some pretty good ball ! They fought as hard as they could for the remainder of the game and I couldn't be more prouder. After a bad 1st half they could have just folded the tent , but they didn't and it says allot about the teams character. Congrats to all the Seniors, you've helped to turn the program around and taught the younger girls what it takes to make the play-offs. I for one sure will miss watching all of you play ! Good Luck in your futures !

;D BH is very solid and well coached, but the Bears are not entering in with a defeated attitude. The "fairtale" dream was to work hard enough to qualify, and make the playoffs and then play as hard as they possibly can after an 8 year drought from the playoffs. They don't seem to be satisfied with just getting there. LCM hopes to show BH why they deserve to be there. Sorry that your anger in other threads bleeds over here. ;D future_ditch digger maybe you better stay in school a little longer and learn how to spell before you take up coaching. I'm sure the Hill is expected by most to win but I can guarantee you the Lady Bears will not lay down and give it to them. They have worked very hard to get where they are this year and they will show up to compete. Good Luck to both Barbers Hill and LCM tonight ! Hopefully its a good game with no injuries !

Why weren't you there skipper? There were alot of well wishers including a couple of Mustangs. The school is busy this morning trying to figure out how these guys got past security! ;D Not true!! LCM welcomes most potential converts. ;D We are all "potential" convrts but I don't look for it to happen any time soon. Uuhhh...what you are hinting at is NOT the way we are wanting to "attract" converts. : I know that those schools who have good AD's will not understand this next statement and will not think it's a big deal, BUT...after what had to be a tiring first day at his new school, Coach Crouch showed up (wearing green, td) AND STAYED through the girls JV and Varsity basketball games. (I think that EQUALS Moody's totals during his tenure.) No doubt ! I was glad to see Coach Crouch at the games. Now, if he shows up to a couple of softball games this year, he tops the previous AD in less than a month on the job. ;D

Now what would make you think that about Livingston? : : OMG!!! I agree that this is the way it SHOULD go, but I'm still a little on edge. Livingston has a ton of talent and has proven that they can beat anybody in the district, but also doesn't play real smart at times. If Nederland finds a spark early, they might have a shot. I'm sure my "LCM green" will turn to "Livingston green" later tonight! I hear ya !!

I say Ozen and Livingston end up tied. But Ozen wins "IF" the game isn't played in Livingston ! Ozen is too deep athletically. Only way they lose is if the game is in Livingston where the home cooking will control the game. ;D ;D Final standings: 1. Central 2. Ozen 3. Livingston 4. LCM

Nobody thought LCM would beat Livingston either and they did at LCM pretty bad. Nederland is very capable of beating Livingston. But I agree its a long shot at this point. But, you never know. Especially since their back is against the wall.

Nope. Sorry had Lumbertons record wrong. The only way Lumberton can get in is if Nederland and LCM both lose. Then there would be a 3 way tie for 4th.
