I know the reason the WRS award is in February.  Its so all the football coaches can take their wives out to eat for Valentine's Day at a football banquet.  SE Texas has three seasons -- football season, spring football season and Willie Ray Smith season. Never too much football.

Port Arthur has a summer track club, but anyone in the area can compete with the Beaumont Track Club.  Roy Washington has coached the Beaumont Track Club for the past several years and does a great job with the kids.  They compete in the Hershey Track Program, the Games of Texas, and USA Track & Field.  There is also AAU Track & Field.

Maybe she should've hit her tee shots from the men's tees or played left-handed to keep from running up the score  ::) ::) ::)
