Is it me or is there no fear or concerns about going to jail anymore by the bad folks. Is it because the bad guy know that they will have a place to stay and meals to eat. Or is the sensationalism by the media that we see and hear more and mor of arrest on a regular basis of the bad folks just know they will get out shortly and do it again.
