I still can't fathom how upset the Liberals seem to be about the Russians influencing our elections, but don't give one iota about the Obama administration actively trying to influence the Israeli elections. The Russians and Chinese hacked practically every government agency we have during the Obama years and nobody raised an eyebrow. The Russians supposedly hacked the DNC servers (which could have been an act by high school novices) and released factual information, and Liberal heads explode. I'm starting to warm up to the idea that once Trump won the election, the Obama administration knew they would need a good excuse as to why they were spying on the Trump administration, so the fake outrage story of Russian interference was hatched to give false credibility to the unlawful spying. The last few months have been enjoyable, and very disturbing at the same time. Watching Liberals throw temper tantrums, scream falsehoods and blatant lies, make doom and gloom predictions based on lies or based on absolutely nothing, concoct outrageous conspiracy theories, mock and deride anyone that doesn't agree with them, and basically accept as fact every harebrained theory for Hillary's loss, except the fact that she was far and away the worst candidate the Democrats could run. Not only are we witnessing this comical reaction with our very own eyes, but we are also privileged to the incessant and insistent rants that the Republicans are the ones displaying this behavior. I originally thought the Liberal's behavior was comical, but now it has gotten to the point of just sad...and frightening to know how many of y'all exist...and are willing to reveal yourselves by engaging in this childish behavior. Trump beat you at your own game! And please, for once, when you Liberals insist on calling Trump mentally unstable, please backup your claims with some evidence. And when you can't, we can see crystal clear who the mentally unstable are. And back to the topic, Comey should have been fired a long time ago. Liberals know it, but still feel compelled to be the source of division...it just in their DNA I guess.

Do you believe the American people should be forced to provide help for the poor? Should it be an individual decision made by each to which they see fit, or a government mandated decision through confiscation of wages through taxation?
-
Why are you quoting me? Do you have the foggiest idea of what I think about Trump and his healthcare? It is clear you do not.
-
I'm not so sure we totally disagree about that. I think the Higher Power would advocate for individual freedom to decide to be charitable, and that most people would observe this duty...in which case we would have zero need for government run health care.
-
Do you think the higher power would advocate for government run single-payer healthcare in which everyone has their wages forcibly confiscated to support the have-nots, or do you think He would support a capitalistic free-market approach in which catastrophic and pre-existing conditions are dealt with by charity organizations? (I don't think it's possible to load a question more than that.)
-
I'm still waiting for the scripture that says it's okay to forcibly confiscate money from the haves to support the have-nots. You've adequately shown where it is an individual duty for those who follow the Bible to help the poor, but is it the government's job to forcibly apply this duty to all Americans, especially in a country where freedom OF and FROM religion are both a guaranteed right (as interpreted throughout American history)?
-
I'm still waiting for the "take from the rich to give to the poor" Biblical quote. That is the whole discussion. I don't think there is anyone on here that doesn't want to help the truly needed. But taking (through taxation) from hard working folks to give to those the elitist deem "needy" (with little to no verification) is not one of the tenants of the Bible that I'm aware of. Every one of your quotes deal with personal actions. The discussion is more on the lines of should the government force everyone to contribute to the needs of others. But I did enjoy reading those quotes.

I look at Trump's quoted comments just like some of Obama's campaign statements...he really meant them at the time he said them (not like the blatant lie of "You can keep your doctor" or "You can keep your healthcare plan"...but akin to "I will close Gitmo in my first year"). Shauna is just a liar that probably knows she's lying but harbors so much hate for Trump that she will say anything that she thinks will make him look bad. Frankly I'm pissed that the GOP hasn't just repealed Obamacare then moved on to the next issue. This obsession with "replace" is making all the GOP look like major RINOs. Shauna is a typical Liberal spinning and offering misleading statements in an effort to undermine Trump. Zach The Future is not worth mentioning. If you quizzed him on what "horrible things" Trump has done, I bet he would answer with his feet...running back to his safe space as fast as he could. So yeah, if we were to grade the three people in your thread, I would rate Shauna as the worst, then Trump, and Zach will remain unworthy of response.
-
I would love for Shauna to comment on how many millions of people effectively lost their health coverage after Obamacare was implemented. And where does she get these numbers...from the Congressional Budget Office. The same CBO that said premiums would be reduced by 2500.00 per family under Obamacare? The same CBO that said Obamacare would cut the deficit by $120 billion? And who are these 14 million that would lose their coverage? What is in the new healthcare proposal that bans them from getting coverage? Why are they not able to buy their coverage like everybody else? Is Shauna just trying to use scare tactics and misleading statements to attack a plan that I assuming she knows nothing about?

Any bets on when the first lawsuit will be filed, and which judge will be shopped for based on political contributions? I'm guessing within an hour after Gov Abbott signs the bill into law, a lawsuit will be filed in a court in which the judge has contributed a substantial amount of money to the Obama campaign and Democrat party. Any takers? Maybe we could beat them to the punch and file a lawsuit in every town in Texas so hundreds of judges can say the law is wholly constitutional.
-
Is that really what you extrapolated from TVC's post? The framers of the Constitution where vehemently against benevolent rulers, thus framed the Constitution to give more rights to the people instead of the government. Please clarify you post... with examples...of who these effective benevolent rulers are. I have a feeling I'm somehow missing your intent, because my initial reading of your post can only lead me to believe this was some sort of attempt at sarcasm...but I don't get it.

At times Trump sounds like a Republican. But on many occasions he sounds more like a staunch Democrat, thus the reason he was not my first, second, third, fourth...seventeenth choice. At least he filled his cabinet with Conservatives. He does seem to be patterning himself after his predecessor on many things. I didn't think the Constitution would be one of those gripes though.
-
Where in America does this happen? Maybe you can stick your crap there, since that place only exists in your head.
-
I guess Trump got Grubered.
-
Still doesn't make Hillary any less guilty.

I'm going to have to give kudos to these people. Their intellectual potential is phenomenal. I'm fairly certain I do not have the ability, even after extensive schooling, to fathom the cerebral gymnastics to convince myself, much less others, of being offended by such mundane acts. This exceeds the limits of which I could only dream. These people should be congratulated for intellectual potential and originality, then given a good old woodshed spanking for stupidity.

Gun Controlled Chicago Over 1000 Shot so far This Year
Englebert replied to Hagar's topic in Political Forum
Really? You don't think it is possibly the Right just defending themselves against every sick and twisted inflammatory generalized stereotype lobbed by the Left. Please try and take an objective look at these posts and see who is the aggressor and who is the defender. Just because the majority of the posts are responses to attacks does not equate to aggression. It is painfully clear which side harbors hate. -
Engineer in Oregon Fined $500 for Calling Himself an engineer
Englebert replied to Hagar's topic in Political Forum
The Oregon State Board for Engineering and Land Surveying should fine themselves $500 for practicing buffoonery without a license. -
This is how I think many people feel: Golf - don't care. The Wall - Build it. It's not a complete solution but is definitely a step in the right direction to secure our borders Jail Hillary - Please hold her accountable Repeal Obamacare - He better do it, don't really care about replace Wiretapping - evidence suggests he was correct Declare China money manipulators - 90% of the people don't have the faintest idea what that means Weakest growth in three years - how about weakest growth in 8 years. This is how I think the Liberals feel: Golf - He is a lazy hypocrite that only cares about a good time while screwing the American people. But it was okay when Obama played golf. The Wall - That's just racist. Jail Hillary - Hillary was railroaded by the Press. She had every right to have a hidden server to hide her emails. Only Republicans have something to hide anyways. Repeal Obamacare - Even though Obamacare is a disaster that will end up costing the taxpayer trillions, we should keep it because it has Obama's name on it. And besides, so many poor people are being helped...to hell with the middle class people that now can't afford it. Wiretapping - Trump is an idiot and no way Obama was spying on him. And even if he was, Obama was the president and is above the law. He was probably only trying to protect us. But Trump should be impeached...for well, uh, uh, he should be impeached. Declare China money manipulators - 90% of the people don't have the faintest idea what that means Weakest growth in three years - FAKE NEWS.

He is unpopular with the Left for the simple fact he ran under the Republican ticket. You can't say the ones on the Left don't like him because he is not P.C., because many on the Left are just as crude and obnoxious, even more so, than him, but the Left doesn't demonize those. Some on the Right don't like him because he doesn't espouse many Republican viewpoints, and he is crude. Many like him for these same very reasons.
-
What are referring to: the I.R.S., Benghazi, Fast and Furious, Iran Deal, etc. I know you put Michael Flynn in the title, but your thread said crooked White House, which can only be referring to the Obama administration. If you want to really look into foreign governments trying to buy influence into the US government, you need look no further than the Clinton Foundation. Leave it to Liberals to try and manufacture public outrage on a non-story, but flip off real controversies. Many have awaken to this false narrative and no longer trust the garbage the main stream media is trying to push. Even some of the sheeple have had this revelation.
-
And what's sad is he will run and hide, then repeat these same accusations on another thread. He's been called out so many times on this you would think he would feel some shame. But apparently not, and these same baseless allegations will continue.
-
What's hilarious is that some will attack the source of an article, scream Fake News, then post an article from the Huffington Post just minutes later.

Ooops, I just noticed I put in a few extra zeros. Breitbart offered $100,000.00 to anyone who could back up Pelosi's claim. Even if it was $100,000,000.00, nobody would have been able to claim it, so it's really immaterial.
-
I'm gonna have to call BS on this one. Show some evidence. Nancy Pelosi is still claiming she heard racial slurs at an event she staged just to antagonize and elicit these responses. She didn't get the responses, but that didn't stop her and others in her group from falsely claiming such. How do I know? Breitbart offered $100,000,000.00 to anyone who could back up Pelosi's claim. With hundreds of cell phones recording the event, not one person could claim the cash. She's ripe for the "If I had a son, he would look just like you" comment.
