  1. Doing something is not always better than doing nothing. If you go to the hospital with a broken arm and the doctor cuts your leg off, are you going to say "Well at least he did something."? And what the Republicans and Democrats need to do is get the hell out of the Healthcare business. And you want to blame Republicans for spending a busload of money (to which the Democrats also voted for) when the Democrats have us $20 trillion dollars in debt. We pay $262 billion a year in interest payments on this debt. Try another Democrat lie. You seem to have them memorized.
  2. That is factually the opposite of the truth. Just another lie perpetuated by the Left and lapped up by the good sheeple. Just like Republicans want dirty air and dirty water. As far as Obamacare, many, many, many people can't go to the doctor for preventative care because their deductibles are too high. How many people will die because they can't afford basic care due to unaffordable premiums and deductibles...ones that previously had good healthcare coverage? And the hospitals and doctors do not put patients out on the streets to die because the patient can't afford healthcare. But you keep on perpetuating that lie.
  3. Possibly, if he gets strapped with a Democrat congress like W got. If he gets lucky and gets a Republican congress, he could very well be one of the best presidents in U.S. history.
  4. I get called a racist on a daily basis, so attempts like this one doesn't bother me. In fact, it's very sophomoric and unimaginative. And no you don't know better. I fear a Hillary presidency will be just as bad as Obama's, probably worse. I will have to wait to see her presidential platform to find out which I despise more. Both are elitists that think they should tell you the best way to run your own life, thus my contempt for them. But you will just blame it on pigmentation.
  5. He's a vile, petty, thin-skinned, arrogant man. But he doesn't even come close to pinnacle of contempt that Hillary deserves.
  6. Of course, but everyone makes a few mistakes in their lifetime. I just hope they don't make a third straight mistake and elect Hillary.
  7. I have never heard of how any ex-presidents vote, so I couldn't answer that question. I'm not sure what you are driving at. If you are trying to bash Trump by making this statement, then I agree with you. I would have a hard time voting for Trump after he bashed my family. Trump didn't bash my family and I'm still having a hard time voting for him. I'm voting for him only because the alternative will be predictably and unequivocally a disaster. Pointing out that Trump is an a-hole doesn't make a Hillary presidency and more desirable.
  8. Every cop deserves respect by earning the badge. If he then disgraces the badge he then earns and deserves contempt. Every President earns respect by winning the Office. If he then disgraces the Office then he earns and deserves contempt. Simple concept! And Obama has been on the receiving end of vile and vitriol far, far less than G.W. Bush.
  9. Would these practices still be in place if the majority of Whites hadn't fought against them also? The majority of Whites put a stop to these practices that happened 50+ years ago. Have you ever given credit to the millions of Whites that changed and outlawed discriminatory practices? Are you still trying to use these outlawed practices to further the victimhood mentality?
  10. Clinton shut down the government twice before he realized he couldn't further his wild spending. Only then did he reach across the aisle. At least he finally did, after some strong arm twisting by Gingrich.
  11. Probably. We are $20 trillion in debt and the one who got us here would probably win another election. That would prove the stupidity of the electorate (if it isn't already apparent after the last two elections).
  12. Some angry old white racist man must have written her speech for her. I'm waiting for Democrats to start a new childish chant, you know, the ones the Democrats love to shout. It wouldn't surprise if it was along the lines of "We are victims for life!, We are victims for life! Give us more money! Give us more stuff! You owe us! You owe us! Of course it would have to be slightly modified to make it rhyme.
  13. What about them? If they want to stay home on election day, that's their choice. If they plan on voting Democrat then I hope they stay home. Are you trying to say that since Bush, who the Left painted as such a terrible president because he was so stupid, will further show his stupidity by voting Democrat this year?
  14. It wasn't a question. It was a statement. And if you think it's stupid, give your reasons why you think that. Maybe we can see something really stupid.
  15. I don't know. Anyone that falls for the crap he was spewing has to be weak minded and easily led by the nose. Hopefully they will stay home when it's time for the adults to vote.
  16. Bernie has no class. Anyone that wants to take 92% of everyone's paycheck is clueless...and classless. Can you point out where Cruz bashed Trump? No, you can't. And the DNC is full of those childish chants you were so found of during the RNC. They even stole the "Lock her up" chant from the Republicans.
  17. No Republican candidate has a chance to get the minority vote. They can only hope to get a small percentage. Why minorities vote monolithically is a mystery to me. The Democrats know they have the minority vote in their pocket no matter what they do.
  18. No, you said we should focus on U.S. vs U.S. crime and that immigrants and radicals Muslims were not newsworthy because the percentages of getting killed by them was less than by another U.S. citizen. I never said anything about percentages changing. I used an analogy to point out that even though you are less likely to be killed by a sniper than another vehicle, the sniper story is more newsworthy. Same with radical muslims. Thus, refuting your point. And the last time I heard about a sniper on I-10 was about a year ago.
  19. Let me get this straight. If a sniper is shooting at random cars on I-10, you would be perfectly fine with the cops saying..."Don't worry about that sniper because you are more likely to be killed by another driver".
  20. This is exactly why Ted Cruz is hated in the Senate. The party leaders try to whip him into shape and he tells them to shove it up their... If we had 99 more Senators like him, regardless of party affiliation, we wouldn't need to be talking about term limits.
  21. Hillary has zero ethics. She was fired by a lawyer for unethical practices. The liberals know they can get away with almost anything because they have the minority vote in their pocket no matter what they do. All they have to worry about is making sure they don't screw up enough to fire up the white voters to show up in high numbers. And the white voters capitulated in the last two elections.
  22. I fully agree with your assessment TVC, but I think one of the things that people are fed up with is the alliances that are present in Congress. Congressmen tell other Congressmen "You vote for my crappy bill and I will vote for your crappy bill." And you have to vote (or not vote) for a bill because of your party affiliation, not your conscience. Senior party leaders have too much power over the other party members. Term limits will reduce the need to always vote along party lines. That is the way I think many look at term limits. Whether or not it would be effective...I have no clue. Term limits would reduce the amount of time Congressmen need to go out campaigning. I think this would be a bad thing. The more time they spend out of office the better. I wish they would just meet for one month a year.
  23. I feel the same way, but I'm voting for Trump as a vote against Hillary.
  24. I have and like both of these songs, but wouldn't consider them Classical. Like you, I know and like a bunch of classical songs but can't name the song titles (other than some of the major ones). It's amazing how many Classical songs have been used in movies, cartoons and commercials over the years.
  25. I have trouble remembering the titles of Classical songs, but here's a few of my favorites that I can remember the title: O Fortuna - Carl Orff (thanks Ozzy) Ride Of The Valkyries - Wagner Fur Elise -Beethoven Barber Of Seville - Rossini (always brings back memories of Bugs Bunny)
