  1. I would like to see them play a double-elimination tourney between the four state qualifiers. They would have to utilize multiple sites to accommodate each division, but I don't see any prohibitive problems with doing a tourney.
  2. I bet Jackie Chan could. Bruce Lee. And it goes without saying, Chuck Norris could without even breaking a sweat.
  3. Trump spends a lot of time in court because he doesn't "settle" with every Tom, Dick and Harry who is looking for a quick handout (not handup). Nash has already down shot your theory on his bankruptcy dealings. I'm surprised you keep trying to bring it up. I guess if you tell yourself something enough times you will eventually believe it.
  4. Thanks TVC. I really thought that drug offenders got the lighter sentences, but I kept thinking about the media reports that I hear. It sure seems that you hear more about some child molesters getting awfully light sentences and some drug offenders getting tougher sentences. I was sure hoping it was a misnomer. Thanks King for posing the question.
  5. I firmly believe that the Olympics and Special Olympics should be separate events. In the same vein, I also believe that you and I should not be discussing on the same topic. Feel free to carry on with this topic, I will withdraw.
  6. If you want to be childish and get in the last word, you can. But don't blatantly lie.
  7. So you want professional life-long politicians. If you knew anything about the Founding Fathers then you would know that experienced politicians is exactly what they would not want. The common folk were supposed to serve their political terms in a rotating fashion. Oh my, did I just accidentally respond to Big Girl. This topic is about to go downhill fast.
  8. Save it. You give nothing but unintelligent childish off-topic responses. I will no longer respond to you.
  9. One thing about writing laws is that they set precedence. If you ban guns from Muslims on the FBI watchlist, you then open yourself up to someone demanding you ban skinheads on the watchlist. You will then have some demanding you ban Black Panthers... and so on and so. In short order you will have everyone, including the Pope, banned from owning a gun. My opinion is that you don't start banning guns, you start encouraging more people to arm themselves. And you get rid of these damn safe (killing) zones.
  10. I was waiting for him to reply...and I was confident that a .22 rifle was what my response was going to be. One of the kids shooting in my backyard today has a .22 that looks like an AK47.
  11. What do you consider as an assault rifle? That is, what's the difference between a rifle and an assault rifle?
  12. I just went outside and I have a bunch of the neighbor kids in my backyard shooting their guns. They didn't ask me to be out there. I think I will grab my gun and go teach them a lesson. Ooops, this isn't the movies, or a left-winger's imagination. (And the kids know they can come over and fish and shoot guns in my yard without having to ask my permission.)
  13. It also says the right to bear arms "shall not be infringed". I wonder why the Founding Fathers put that little caveat in there. During the time the Founding Fathers put the right to bear arms in, bazookas, Sherman tanks, hand grenades didn't exist. Firearms were among the most powerful weapons on Earth (we had cannons then). But yet the Founding Fathers didn't see the need to ban the most powerful weapons on Earth. So why do you and Bill O'Reilly think that our Founding Fathers would want to ban these more powerful weapons? I don't have a problem with the powerful weapons being banned. But I do think that every person, unless convicted of committing a crime while using a gun, should have the right to carry a firearm anytime anywhere.
  14. Y'all can try having a debate with her. It's a futile attempt. She will make up facts, post skewed facts, won't answer a simple question, change subjects, then turn around and accuse you of doing the same thing she does. Nappy is enjoyable to debate with, even though I disagree with practically everything he says. Same with Dick Vitale. But her. Sorry, all I can do is laugh.
  15. I'll let you go back to posting with yourself. No use in trying to discuss a topic with someone who can't answer a simple question.
  16. I've asked you the same question twice now. You dodged the question by saying Trump dodges the question. That was the Twin remark. Sorry you didn't catch it. And you still have yet to answer my question. You post a cut and paste job about Hillary's accomplishments which is laughable, and then have the nerve to say I'm deflecting. And by the way, this topic is about Hillary. Your attempt at deflection violates the rules of the forum. Why didn't that little article you posted mention the fact that Hillary committed treason? Nevermind, another question you won't answer.
  17. Do you think it is right for the government to be taxing the middle and lower classes out of their hard earned money to be given away for free college. Do you like taking food off of hard-working families tables. After all, you think they wealthy aren't paying their fair share. Large corporations aren't paying their fair share. So it must be the middle and lower classes paying all of the taxes. And with Wall Street paying Hillary $350,000.00 a speech, do you think she will make them pay?
  18. Nappy might respond, but Big Girl won't.
  19. Ah, you read my question to you but didn't respond. How predictable.
  20. Big Girl has a hard time with her facts. She throws out global statistics when it suits her, then throws out U.S. statistics when it suits her, then tries to give unrelated comparisons. It's actually comical.
