I noticed the player rolling around holding himself after this play..I didn't see what had happened until the replay had shown EJ had a handful of the other guy. I've never really been an EJ fan, but after seeing that it really didn't help his chances. I was confused on the card given to Mastroeni, hope I wasn't the only one. :-\ I thought it was a pretty decent game played by the US. Howard definitely kept us in this game. But I thought we had some really great chances to score in the second half. Not a bad showing from the US.

True, but.. Pierce only had 4 points and Allen had 0... KG was the only "star" to show up tonight.

Luther Head hasn't shown much at all this year. Out of all the games that I've been able to catch on the tube, he seems to turn the ball over, or miss a lot of his shots and layups :-\

I will disagree with you... Riise's own goal doomed them... They will lose to Chelsea 2-1 at Stamford Bridge, Man U will win 2-0 and 1-0, and Man U will win the Final vs Chelsea, 2-1 That was an absolute killer.. ;D It was in the last minute of stoppage time also, right?

Now that you mention that, I think Washburn was still playing forward at the time, my mistake. Good call shark But Nederland's keep was impressive, I was thinking Nederland would be in goalie trouble after losing both Senior Keepers last season. He had a pretty darn good season though.

It may have been Ryan Washburn, tall and skinny defender, but all of Nederland's defenders were outstanding, it's hard to pick and choose between who is better :-\ I certainly understand why Coaches dislike making All District picks..

Dogs scored on about a forty yard freekick taken by Ian Barnett. The dogs looked like they gave up after KP scored, but after the goal from Barnett, the dogs realized they still had a chance to win the game and picked up the intensity. Great game, and great job dogs!!

Nederland played very good possesion soccer, but they can't seem to finish. Nederland-2 Ozen-1 There were many shots that hit the posts for Nederland, besides the trouble finishing they passed the ball well! Ozen's goal rolled right past Nederland's keep, but good game to both teams.

I really like that Carl Landry guy, he's a pretty darn good player!

I think the game was moved to Wednesday. I'm not completely sure though, I'm just going by what I heard.

Gerald Green is an alright player, but I do remember Tracy and Bobby getting into a fight when Tracy was still in Orlando.. Hopefully there's no tension between the two still.
