[/quote] Yes the Lions deserved credit, a lot of credit.  Their pitcher, #13 __________ (fill in the blank Roar!) went the whole game getting better as the game went on. LCM left a lot of runners on base and were certainly in a position to have had more runs on the board.

who pitched for PNG?

Game ended on a web gem of a catch by Hunter Gonzales in center field. Great play by Allen on the 1-5-3 out early in the game. Bears hung tough after getting behind twice. Timely hitting by Gonzales, Blem, Waddel and Droulliard driving in runs.

Final 11-1 LCM. Game went 5 innings. Dyllon Sanford pitched the last inning for LCM.

11-1 LCM.  Bottom of the 4th. Swan pitched first 3 innings for LCM. Dillon Young pitching now in the fourth.

As far as I'm concerned put PNG @ #1 and LCM at #14.  Heck, go ahead and drop LCM off the list althogether.  Rankings like this are meaningless (although they are fun which is the whole point of the forum), but I'd just as soon see the team fly under the radar.

LCM beats Kingwood Park 7-3. Carline pitches 6-2/3 innings.  Swan 1/3 inning.

LCM lost first game today 13-3 against Lamar.  Lamar did a lot of hitting and LCM made some errors. LCM won the second game 12-11 against Rudder.  Rudder scored 5 in the top of the first, LCM scored 3 in the bottom of the first.  Scott Vaughn led off with a solo shot dead away center field, 360 foot green monster fence. Rudder was up 10-5 going into the bottom of the 5th.  LCM came back with 7 runs.  James Swan tied the game with a single.  Alex Blem drove in two runs with a double to put LCM up 12-10.  Blem also led off the inning with a single and later scored. Ryan Carline got the win on the mound.  Carline ended the came with a great defensive play by diving for a slow chopper between the mound and 3rd base, throwing the runner out at first. Lots of other good hits by LCM, just can't remember all of the details.  Maybe others can help.

[/quote] Yes, I know it was a 3-way tie.  What were the tie-breaker rules to decide which of the two schools made the playoffs.  Normally I would think the first tie-breaker would have been the head-to-head result however, since LCM beat Livingston, Livingston beat Nederland and Nederland beat LCM it would need to fall to the next tie-breaker(s). Any of you football gurus out there know the answer?

[/quote] I don't know of any LCM posters that are saying LCM is going to go 10-0, nor do I hear any talk amongst LCM people about 10-0.  In fact, I don't hear anyone ever talking about games beyond the next one. Seems to me that LCM is pretty much taking it one game at a time, as they should.
