  1. I will start this out by saying the kid that sticks out to me is Malcolm Bronson of the Jasper Bulldogs, this kid has vision, strength, and very good awareness on the field. He plays the game of baseball, with a big smile. If you haven't seen this kid play then you are missing out on pure talent.
  2. OK guys and gals, I have seen alot of high school baseball in this area, and I feel their is alot of talent in the Lovely Golden Triangle. What kid sticks out in your mind that could go Professional straight out of highschool, from 1-A, all the way to 5-A.
  3. DO ANYONE KNOW WHERE HARDIN IS LOCATED WHAT CITY? I HEARD OF IT BUT I DO NOT KNOW WHERE IT IS LOCATED. THANKS
  4. Red Bryant Selected by: Seattle Seahawks Round: 4 Pick (Overall): 22(121)DT | (6'4", 318, 5.0) | TEXAS A&M Overall: Bryant arrived at Texas A&M in 2003 and redshirted that year. In his first three seasons (2004-'06), he appeared in 32 games (30 starts) at nose guard and right defensive tackle, registering 81 tackles (13.5 for losses) and 5.5 sacks. In 2006, Bryant tore the ACL in his right knee, returned for one game after sitting out a week, and then missed the Aggies' final three games after deciding to undergo season-ending surgery. As a senior he played in all 13 games (and started the first 12), finishing with 46 tackles (six for losses), one sack, two pass breakups, a forced fumble, a blocked kick and a safety. Bryant doesn't have ideal closing speed or athletic ability but he has the quickness, size and toughness to develop into an excellent run stuffer and adequate interior pass rusher if he can stay healthy and sharpen his technique. He projects as ... For complete overview, strengths and weaknesses, login above or become an Insider. * Player biographies are provided by Scouts Inc.
  5. After watching the Spring games that the coach has started, I can tell the difference in play in Bailey and Spikes. Both players are on different teams, and you can see why these two players were all-district. Spikes scored 41 points, with his little brother on the same team he had 14, watch out for his little brother in years to come. Bailey has 20 plus points in two games. Coach, make this year happen for these two young players, you can't go wrong by putting the ball in either one of these two players hands. In my opinion, the starting line up next year should be Spikes, Bailey, Mccullough, spoon(or gatson), and hadnot. Spikes has the potential to score deep, deep anywhere on the court, BAILEY has the speed and ability to make any defender miss, I'm looking forward to watch these two players go to the 18-3a district and make the crowd wonder, where these two young men come from.

  7. I AGREE HE DOES HAVE MLB WRITTEN ALL OVER HIM, THIS KID IS FUN TO WATCH
  8. GOOD KID, HOPES IT WORKS OUT FOR HIM IN THE DRAFT.
  9. Jasper Bulldogs With the lost of Malcolm Bronson, Coach Brooks will still be loaded with speed in the wide out position, with returning slot receiver Spikes, and Malcolm lil brother Ryan, along with Hadnot, Coach Brooks will be loaded. I really look forward to this season.
  10. Ok, Guys and Gals, let me hear who you think will help your team this year at the receiver/Tight End position.
  11. How about "Most Aninated Side Line Coach": A lock to Williams/Brooks of Silsbee. I didn't see the WO-S team to be THAT athletic; you gotta have H-J and maybe Jasper in on that category. Guards? What kind of guards are you looking for? Again you have overlooked H-J's Jarvis and Burrell. They would be my clear choice with Silsbee maybe being next. Guards? I think Master T is right, Spikes, Bailey, Robinson, Howard are the explosive guards as a duo, Jarvis is a great player, but as a being two combo guards on the floor Burrell didn't show that like Jasper and Silsbee guards did. Lights out awards goes to Robinson, Spikes, Bailey, Jarvis, and Hayes, because, if these players get hot beyond the Three, its LIGHTS OUT for any team.
  12. BRONSON IS A BEAST ON ANY FIELD, MORE CREDIT NEED TO BE GIVEN TO THIS KID, WITHOUT BRONSON ON THE TEAM, IT WOULD BE A DIFFERENT OUTCOME ANY GIVEN NIGHT. MALCOLM I AM GIVING YOU THE RESPECT YOU SHOULD BE GETTING IN THE PAPERS. HOPEFULLY THE JASPER NEWS BOY CAN HAVE MORE PICTURES OF YOU IN THE PAPERS ON WEDNESDAYS.
  13. Kendrick Perkins, Celtics Like teammate Rajon Rondo, he has managed to answer most of those preseason questions about his readiness to play alongside the Big Three. The difference for Perkins is that he hasn't received nearly the same attention as Rondo (who also deserves it). Yet it doesn't take away from the fact that the fifth-year center has been a key contributor for the NBA's best team. Perkins' statistics are modest (7.6 points and 6.2 boards), but he's been a solid defender and presence in the middle all season. He had 10 points and 20 boards in last week's big win over the Pistons, and he recorded six blocks in the first half against the Sixers on Monday night, helping Boston set an early tone en route to another victory. Perkins definitely benefits from all the attention paid to Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce and Ray Allen, but the bottom line is that he's held up well and done the job on most nights. Congrats Perkins
  14. congrats to these young men, i wish hayes from orangefield, and spikes and bailey from jasper would have made it to on this list, but congrats to these young men.
  15. I think Jasper will do well, but I think if the coach can figure out how to get the ball into Spikes and Bailey hands more often when it comes down to clutch situations, then the team will be OK. Also, if Jasper gets a good postman, and another (shooter) then they will be OK.
  16. Congrats to all these young men, I witnessed the players on this list do some excellent shooting and leaderships skills on the hardwood. Congrats to 21-3a. ;D
  17. ALL THIS TALENT IN THE 21-3A BRACKET, I WAS WONDERING, IF WE COMBINE ALL THIS TALENT IN 21-3A AND FORM A AAU BASKETBALL TEAM, COULD WE COMPETE WITH OTHER TEAMS. THE KIDS IN MY MINE WOULD GO AS FOLLOWS: IF THERE IS ANYONE I LEFT OUT JUST ADD THEM, AND IF THERE IS ANYONE OUT THERE THAT WANTS TO COACH THIS,THINK ABOUT IT. I UNDERSTAND MOST 0F THESE GUYS HAVE OTHER OBLIGATIONS, BUT I JUST WANTED TO KNOW YALL OPINIONS. BERNARD, ROBINSON, BAILEY, SPIKES, HAYES, HOWARD,BURRELL, NUMBER 10(WALTERS) FROM SILSBEE, NUMBER 40 (NORMAN)FROM SILSBEE, DJ JACKSON FROM JASPER, NUMBER 21(TURNER) FROM HJ, GRANGER NUMBER 14 FROM (OF)
  18. HOW MANY POINTS DID SHANNON HAVE, SOUNDS LIKE HE HAD A MONSTER OF A GAME. GREAT GAME TIGERS, I WILL TRAVEL TO SEE YALL PLAY TOMORROW, CONGRATS.
  19. MASTER T, I AGREE WITH ALL YOUR PICKS, BUT I WILL PUT IT OUT ON THE LINE ALL OF THEM WILL GET SELECTED TO BE ALL DISTRICT PICKS, AND MORE.
  20. I HAVE SEEN ALOT OF 3A BASKETBALL THIS YEAR, AND I AM IMPRESSED WITH ALOT OF KIDS IN THE DISTRICT, TELL ME WHO DO YOU THINK IS THE BEST OR PURE SHOOTER YOU HAVE SEEN THIS YEAR, THIS IS MY OPINION, ITS NOT IN ANY RANDOM ORDER, PLEASE FORGIVE ME FOR NOT KNOWING THESE KIDS NAMES, SO PLEASE BEAR WITH ME: IF THERE IS ANYONE YOU THINK SHOULD BE ON THIS LIST FROM 21-3A BASKETBALL ADD IT. THANKS (#3) FROM HARDIN JEFFERSON SPIKES FROM JASPER(#10) ROBINSON FROM SILSBEE(#23) (#33) FROM ORANGEFIELD BAILEY FROM JASPER(#5) (#3) FROM SILSBEE
