The new kid (Jones) will be special unless something goes horribly wrong. He'll certainly get lots of exposure with the Tigers heading back to Arkansas and New Orleans this year. Most think Coach Sigler retires when he graduates, but there's a catch. His little brother will be entering high school by then. Coach Sig is going to be coaching into his mid 70s if he changes his mind. Might get to 1000 wins though.

I just want to see Silsbee play a clean game against Liberty next week. No bad penalties and no turnovers. They get into the habit of doing that, and they'll be fine. They'll probably have to rebuild for a few seasons after this, so lets make this year count for as much as we can.

Mustang defense needed to step up when they took a 14 - 7 lead. Shouldn't have let it get to OT.
