Sitting in the parking lot now. It's actually not that bad. Only about half full at the moment. Of course it is early. -

They had a Jr last year that was 6'6. He returns, I'm pretty sure. That was it besides their main big last season. Don't know what they look like this year. -

Anyone going to the game had better get there as early as possible if it's like it was last year. Tiger side was jam packed before the JV game was over. I'm taking Sisbee by 10 in this one. I think the Tigers will come out like they have something to prove. I think a big X factor for us now will be Cartwright. So long as he keeps his head on his shoulders, there's no reason he can't average around 20 points a game for us this year. As much as I like Silsbee winning, it is sorta exciting to have a real rivalry for what should be these next two years. Not sure what HJ is bringing up through the lower classes to see if it'll last longer than that or not. -

As far as the dunk count goes, believe it or not, Jordan Edwards can dunk. He's just an inch taller than Braylon. Seen it with my own eyes. Not sure he can pull it off in a game or not. It would probably have to be on a put back or something similar. Whoever number 40 is for Silsbee can also dunk. Still don't know exactly who everyone is on this team yet. Him or Cartwright are probably our best bets. -

Almost a completely different Silsbee team now from when they played PA. Don't know how many times that can be repeated. Silsbee beat Nederland. Don't know what the "would" smack Silsbee around is about 🙄 -

Silsbee has hardly had a stable roster all year. Kids coming and going quite a bit. Hopefully going forward from here on out, this group will be the regular cast. Should see a reduce in turnovers the more they play together. That and better team chemistry. -

That's how is was for the Nederland game. Nearly every time he touched the ball. Made it that much funnier when Silsbee came back and won the game. -

Never understood the overrated chants, which are usually directed at Bush. But please go ahead and piss us off. I'm sure it'll work out well for you. -
Who is your most talented unrecognized high school athlete?

Glad WO-S won. Always good to see stall ball fail when taken to an extreme. -

He'll be missed, but we'll have more than enough kids to fill that void come next year. I heard he was going to West Brook during football season. Wasn't sure if it was true or not. Won't matter as much this year now that Cartwright is back. They're about the same size wise when it comes to height. K`drian is a much better offensive player. Might miss Brisco on defense a little though. -

Silsbee shot the 3 ball extremely well to build that big lead. Not sure we're gonna shoot like that every game. -

Overtime for the JV game. -
If this were last year, you're probably right. Not gonna be the case this season. Don't have the firepower we used to have and the roster is always changing still. Considering WO-S has the athletes to play Silsbee though, Tigers by 10 - 12 would be more realistic.
-
Yeah... how tall is Chris Miller? That's about how tall I'd expect his son to get. Think his name is Dreylyn. You don't have to rely on one class for size anyways when you get to high school. Of course these kids should grow plenty still anyways.
-
23 is Harper. He still starts sometimes. He started all the games for the little kitten version of Silsbee. Wasn't sure if they moved him down to JV so he could get more playing time or not.
-
Yeah, he's listed as one on the Tiger football roster. Edit: Did Jerrick Harper get moved to JV?
-
I thought Bridge City was supposed to have a respectable squad this year. Score shouldn't be that surprising, so long as they didn't actually win. The new Williams kids makes, I think, 3 freshman on this Tiger team now. Man were getting young.
-
Lawrence Williams maybe?

Think the 8th graders have a game coming up at home soon. I've seen two different schedules telling me two different things, so not 100 percent certain on that. Plan to try and see them at least once or twice as well. Should be interesting when our current freshman players like Harper and Jones with are combined with them next year on one team.
