That's what's up. Herman better hold on to him. -
Typical Crosby. "we gon blow em out with all of our D1 talent". "the refs are keeping it close" This is why no one likes any of you guys.

How's Roschon looking? -
Just sitting here, sipping tea.
-
Lord. Too close.
-
Makes me think it's pretty close or we would have an update from one side or the other.
-
That's a fact. The kid is special

Not sure what you're getting at here but I want no part of it.

Cleveland assures that Liberty's season starts off like last season ended.......with a loss.
-
Who is "we"?
-
I too am looking forward to this match up. I'll see you here later on tonight!

Also, according to what you've written here, it seems the Crosby JV hasn't had much success lately. Does that mean that those unsuccessful JV players are now Crosby varsity players? If so, you guys might want to watch out.
-
These lists aren't even as good as the paper they are written on. They're driven by the hype machine.....which explains why Crosby is high on there.
-
Thanks for proving my point. If it takes a post on a message board from an old man for Crosby to get ready to play, then my point is proven.
-
See previous post.

Not going to go back and forth with a child. Good luck to you on Friday young man.

By a ton? Cotton graduated two years ago....you know, the year Crosby made the semis. Howard will play QB a lot like Walter used to, but not nearly as effective. They will try to make him a passer, but he will prove to be a run first guy no matter what is drawn up. The kid will run at the first sign of pressure and will not want to throw the ball. You guys that want to call him a D1 prospect are outside of your minds and you are actually putting pressure on the kid that doesn't need to be there. Let him be who he is and he will be serviceable for you.

Prediction: you should be in class and not worried about this message board.

This right here. This alone makes it hard for me to want Hardin to win anything at all this year. Of course, to hope for an 0'fer would be punishing kids for the mistakes of adults so I really can't do that. Haynes won't win anymore games than Stark would have won and this will end up with Haynes re-retiring after year 2 of this experiment. Back to the drawing board for the Hornets.

Finally a Crosby poster with some sense. Cotton was a great QB and Howard has a long way to go to get to that level. Who do you think QB'd the team that made that state semifinal run? It certainly wasn't Howard. To date Howard has won nothing but the hype trophy that is given out each year in Crosby. One place where we would disagree is on the deep ball. While Cotton certainly had his issues in that area, Howard does too. I see him consistently underthrowing open receivers and causing them to have to stop their routes and come back for the ball. Kinda tired of this argument, might just wait until Saturday to talk more.

Oh I'll be here and I stand by everything I've said.
-
You think he's a better pure passer than Tristan Cotton?
-
That works too. Thanks.

it is my opinion that every stadium that is not in use per week should be available for any of these displaced teams. As far as equipment goes, if the equipment was ruined, have any vendors been contacted about potential donating equipment to these teams? What about the Texans? I've heard of NFL teams donating old equipment for these types of scenarios. It makes me very sad to think about teams not being able to play this season. If there is a way, we should all bend over backward to get these kids on the field.

Perfect. Thanks a lot Mike. This site is a great resource to keep all of us who have moved out of the GT connected with what's happening back at home. Will you be on the broadcast?
