[/quote]Mosley dominated the 200, had some personal issues to resolve, didn't get to participate just days before the meet. Burno did well in 100, finished 2nd. [/quote]So, I guess the 2A teams we play are not a good challenge for a 1A? Dville, Kountze and Groveton. Heck, Lovelady and Normangee are usually good teams. HD has a pretty tough schedule overall.

I can for sure tell you, D-ville and Kountze will have their hands full with the 1A HD Bobcats this season. Both games will be a battle.

HD Senior LB/FB Colby Espree 5'10 200lbs has been looking good at practice. Espree will be a force on defense at linebacker and a power runner on offense. Also HD Senior TB/DB Tyler Redman along with HD Senior TB/DB Sean Burno have looked quick and sharp at practice. On the O-line Senior Bryce McClutsky 6'2 180lbs has made the move to quick tackle and will excel at pulling and trapping with his foot speed. HD's practices are fast pace and intense, Bobcats are looking good so far.

Dayton has a great program, never really bashed them, just saying the truth. Dayton was the laughing stock of SETX for several decades prior to 1997. Heck, Liberty was begging to play them. lol. HD has the most pride and tradition of any Liberty area program. Over 530 victories(7th all-time in 1A), multiple state championships, National Record 43 game winning streak and tons of District Championships. Dayton is a powerhouse program now and good luck in the future. FYI: Hull-Daisetta leads the all-time series vs Dayton 23-21-3. Also Dayton has a winning percentage of 57%, HD has won 63% of it's games.  ;) ;D 8)
