Hardin will when at least two non-district games and at least two district games next season.  They will be much improved in all areas.  Solid leadership makes a huge difference.  They have a coach that is inspiring these kids to believe in themselves.  All of the kids are much stronger and faster than last season and this will be evident in the games.
Hardin will beat Tarkington, West Hardin and Warren. I just believe Hardin has a better Coach and a few more athletes compared to Tarkington, WH and Warren. 3-7 at best. I'm all about being supportive and believing in the kids and your team. With that being said, I just don't see Hardin winning more than 2, maybe 3 games next year. Here's their schedule and how I see it: 1. Hull-Daisetta Bobcats (2012: HD - 23 Hardin - 6) My 2013 Prediction: Hull-Daisetta - 42 Hardin - 12 2. Tarkington Longhorns (2012: Tarkington - 20 Hardin - 19) My 2013 Prediction: Tarkington - 28 Hardin - 25 3. West Hardin Oilers (2012: Hardin - 40 West Hardin - 12) My 2013 Prediction: Hardin - 34 West Hardin - 16 4. Kountze Lions (2012: Kountze - 28 Hardin - 14) My 2013 Prediction: Kountze - 38 Hardin - 12 5. Anahauc Panthers (2012: Anahauc - 28 Hardin - 14) My 2013 Prediction: Anahauc - 35 Hardin - 24 6. Kirbyville Wildcats (2012: Kirbyville - 56 Hardin - 7) My 2013 Prediction: Kirbyville - 48 Hardin - 15 7. Woodville Eagles (2012: Woodville - 34 Hardin - 7) My 2013 Prediction: Woodville - 32 Hardin - 12 8. Warren Warriors (2012: Warren - 21 Hardin - 12) My 2013 Prediction: Hardin - 26 Warren - 20 9. Newton Eagles (2012: Newton - 63 Hardin - 7) My 2013 Prediction: Newton - 54 Hardin - 8 10. East Chambers Bucs (2012: EC- 54 Hardin - 0) My 2013 Prediction: East Chambers - 44 Hardin - 6 I see the Hornets going 2-8. The Warren and Tarkington games could go either way. So they could go between 1-9 and 3-7 in my opinion. In district play the Hornets averaged less than 9 points per game and gave up over 40, going 0-7. I don't see them improving that much in one off season. Kountze will be much improved and I think all the other teams besides Warren are just on another level. Even if they fall off some, I dont' see Hardin being able to close that big of a gap. We will see. I hope for the best (other than against HD) and wish them luck. Hell the season is six months away. This is just my .02 cents.
2.
Not quite sure why hd bobkitten55 thinks Hardin fans are content with being average or below average.  He hasn't talked to the same fans I've talked to.  Hardin will be much improved next year.  They actually have an offseason program and tremendous strides have been made.
Just based it off of their track record and the folks I know from Hardin. Good luck with your program Hornets.
 3.

Tarkington fans could care less about football. GO BOBCATS!
Or maybe they just don't come on here because of the constant berating of their program.  Their younger grade levels have competed well the last 2 or 3 years.  Hopefully it will begin to show at the highest level.  The coaches are doing a fine job with these young men.  Go back to your never ceasing trumping up of HD and leave your neighbors out of it.
Easy killer. Try to smile and maybe even catch a HD football game next season. lol. GO MEAT!! LOL! Thanks for posting on my page.  ;) ;D HD!!!!!!!!!
 4.
Liberty is average or below? Cleveland has a good program? What criterion have you utilized to determine that Cleveland has a better program than Liberty?
How long you got buddy. lol. Liberty was blowed out by Cleveland 49-7!! Cleveland has made the playoffs the last two seasons, this season finished second in District and had an overall record of 7-4 on the season. Liberty has missed the playoffs the last two seasons and had a change at HC. Cleveland's Coach is still there and has a loaded team returning next season. Yes, Liberty's program is below average right now. Liberty will not win for a while. Cleveland has enough fire power coming back to possible get a playoff win. Hopefully they don't meet WOS again. lol.
 5. I think the lack of posts by Liberty County fans, shows some things. Hull-Daisetta has the best fans and they are most passionate about Friday Night Lights. Liberty and Hardin fans are content being average or below. Dayton fans are always expecting their team to reload and go deep. Cleveland fans are unaware they have a really good program. Tarkington fans could care less about football. GO BOBCATS!
 6.
He is #10, right? I had him at 11 points. Had Welch (#20) as leading scorer with 19. I work for the Sabine Co. Reporter and I kept track of the stats for the paper.
Yes your right, it was Welch not Mosley. Sorry.
 7. Hull-Daisetta's MVP of the District, RB/LB Darrell Lavalais. Kid runs with power and has good vision. At linebacker he has good instinct and hits hard. 2013 will be good to him.
 8.
How many points did Mosley from HD have?
Over 20.
 9.
You gotta be kidding me! SMH! Not much of a basketball player? 34 points! Multiple games with 20-30 points a game. Your hating on a kid. Unbelievable!!
This clown is a joke. lmao  ;D ::)
 10. One on one, Mosley would take'em. Only "basketball player" from our district to score over 30 points in multiple games is Mosley. MVP of district for sure. HD would not have made playoffs without him. "But he is only an athlete, not a basketball player". The dumbest thing I have ever heard. Haters!  ::) ;D
 11. Good luck Bobcats! Keep playing as a team and fighting hard. HD is proud of yall. If we continue our recent play, it will be a win tonight. GO BOBCATS!

But congrats chad.
Liberty will be a struggle and rebuild for a long time. Donald and others may have figured that out. I feel bad for the kids.
They will be a young team in 2013 HD Bobcat 55! It will take a while for the players to learn a new system!
Yes I agree.
 13. No, most people are wise enough to know Liberty will be rebuilding for a long time. I just hope the community is patient with the new Coach Chad Taylor.

 15.
Dayton
I think HD will have the better record overall. Both Dayton and HD will go deeper than last season.
 16.
The logical pick is Dayton due to recent history. HD is always guaranteed a decent record due to their horrible district and usual creme puff schedule. Liberty remains a question mark.
I agree Dayton is usually good. Rocky times last year though. I also agree HD's District could be tougher. But overall HD has some tough teams to play. Groveton, Normangee, Deweyville, Lovelady, Kountze and Iola could all make the playoffs in 2013.
 17. HD's AD/HC Josh Finney has changed the whole sports program culture in Daisetta. HD is coming off an undefeated District Championship and nail biting 2nd round lose to powerhouse Alto in the playoffs, all this in Finney's first season in HD. Good news for HD, just about everybody is coming back for the Bobcats. HD's slot-t offense will be even better in the second season. Offensive coordinator Coach Huckaby, has always been successful with this offense. Coach Huckaby is the former Orangefield Bobcat AD/Headcoach. HD has one of the best coaching staffs in SE Texas. District MVP RB/LB Darrell Lavalais and Freak Athlete 6'4 WR/FS Aaron Mosley will lead HD on offense. "The Bus" Chris Herman at FB, will continue to run over linebackers and step on their facemasks. HD's defense is lead by Defensive MVP of the District DE/OT Ken Lavalais and Huge 6'4 265lb DE/OT Kyle Hopkins. HD's offensive line will again average over 250lbs per 1A player and will be anchored by Big 260lb Dezman Cook. Special teams will be lead by Dustin Welch the best kicker in the District. Welch has a cannon leg and easily hits 45 yard field goals all the time. HD has a chance to have a special season and go deep in the playoffs. Top LC Teams for 2013:([glow=red,2,300][glow=red,2,300]As far as record and success, not if they played H to H[/glow].)[/glow] 1. Hull-Daisetta: (Loaded with players and staff) 2. Dayton: (Since 1997 a powerhouse in 4A, fans not happy with 2012) 3. Cleveland: (Always scrappy and tough) 4. Liberty: (Program has been down and will take awhile to turn around) 5. Hardin: (Well, it's Hardin) 6. Tarkington: (Football not a priority)

 23.
Tune in to the Aaron Mosley show  8)
Like I have said before, Mosley is the best player in District hands down. Kid is unstoppable when he is focused. He should win MVP of district.
 24. Great job Bobcats!! Yall have got better every game. Coach Finney has got HD in the playoffs in every program so far, in his first year. Keep working hard and believing in each other. Last year our basketball team didn't win a game all year. So blessed to have a great Coaching staff and players that work hard. Go Bobcats!
