Yes and yes, I researched Finney and actually already knew about Huckaby. Finney I consider a friend and a great Coach, after getting to know him. Huckaby is also a great Coach. HD is very lucky to have such an experienced and skilled Coaching staff. I love my HD Bobcats and the things I say on here, I say in public and to the Coaches. Everything I bring up is to help the Bobcats. Most of these kids I Coached from 5-12 years old in pee-wee football. I know the kids and I am proud to have worn the red and black under the friday night lights. I have been writing about my Alma-Mater on here for years, it will continue. There are many people on here just to read what I write about the Mighty HD Bobcats. I love to root for and praise my team, if that bothers you don't click on my threads. I agree all Coaches want to succeed and be successful. Don't think, just because someone is not on the sidelines, they don't know what their team needs. I have a degree and one day hope to move from Safety Management to Coaching. And to your last comment. 6'4 350lb! Hard to shut me up!  ;D 8)  GO BOBCATS!!!!!!!

Homecoming for HD and the Bobcats are coming off a win. HD was able to rest their banged up players last week. Bobcats are looking to head into their bye week with a win. Normangee is coming off a win vs Dawson 46-0. (Dawson is 0-6) Normangee is always tough. HD will be fired up at homecoming. This will be a good game. HD 28 Normangee 21 P.S. Kountze has fast athletic players all over their team. If their Coach finds a way to get all his speed on the field, Kountze is deadly. If Kountze starts and plays that QB that runs like Michael Vick all night, it gonna be a bad night for Woodville. Also if the Kountze running game gets going, it's gonna be nasty. Lions have like 4-5 RB's that are fast and strong. I believe #20 was the most physical and hard to tackle when HD played Kountze, kid is a beast. Kountze has the potential and skilled players to contend for a District title. We shall see. Most everyone is picking Woodville because of the past victories over Kountze. If Woodville goes in thinking they are playing the old Lions, this will be a blowout.

Hull-Daisetta's Dustin Welch is one of the best kickers in the area. Being at a small school hurts him a little. This kid is a junior and since last year he hits 45 yard field goals with ease. Kid has a cannon for a leg and very accurate.

D-ville is a big team with lots of athletes. Pirates O-line is salty. Pirates in a blowout. D-ville 52 WH 7

Well... the HD Bobcats are banged up, after a physical game with Deweyville. This next game looks like a perfect time to rest players, get them healthy for homecoming and then District. When Darrell Lavalais and Tyler Drake are healthy and fed the ball continually, HD will start getting wins. Garrett Hickman is returning from an injury and is a hard runner and should receive some carries this week. Hickman has a chance to show his skills and earn a starting spot in the backfield with Lavalais and Drake. HD has an elite backfield when Lavalais, Drake, Emondson and Hickman are all starting. Last season Hickman, Drake and Edmondson all rushed for good yardage and HD moved the ball well. Going to see alot of backups for HD start and play this week. HD wins a close one. Go Bobcats!! HD 7 GO 6
