Adding up those factors, the fact that it's in Daisetta, the Bobcats would love some revenge for that playoff loss last season, and that both teams are playing well and coming off big wins and this will determine the district championship.... I think anything can happen! I'm not gonna predict a score, but I promise you neither team will win by 40 points! I guess if you look at all the Football Championships HD has won, and the National winning streak we once had at 43 straight victories. Yes I would say we are on a downward slope. H-D has and will always be tough to beat at home. We are aware that we are the under dog, all the pressure is on Lovelady. If Lovelady thinks they are gonna come to the SWAMP and have an easy win, boy are they gonna be suprised !! These Ole H-D boys have alot of pride and heart. Well I believe this will be a close game. H-D is looking good on both sides of the ball. I am really impressed with our 0-line. Also impressed with the way Keith Gilmore, Tyler Drake, and Chisholm Marberry are playing. Got to give David Morrow and Chris Taylor credit, they are playing great on the D-line not just on the o-line. With Lovelady losing 19 seniors to graduation and Tre Sherman their All-State RB, I feel like we can get a win at home. H-D 21 Lovelady 20

Courothers and Burns are pretty good players for the Oilers. They say Courothers is fast and Burns is a bull. Gilmore, Marberry, Drake and Morrow lead H-D's team. Very explosive H-D team. H-D's backup RB Austin Edmonson is a very explosive Freshman, he may be the best athlete on both rosters.

If H-D plays their A game it will be a blowout. But if H-D comes out flat on the road it will be a close game. H-D has 4-5 kids with break away speed.

This heated rivalry goes back over 40 years. You can bet every kid will give his all in this game. This game is for bragging rights !! H-D leads the overall series of head to head games won by a mile. H-D is looking for their 4th straight victory over WH. The Oilers are a very improved team with a new Coaching staff. [/quote] Jarred Howard from Kountze. Best overall RB hands down. Howard has the size, 6'1 220lbs. He runs with power and has the speed to break a long run. Like the 80 yard TD run he broke against Anahauc. Howard has no supporting cast and faces 9 man fronts every game ! Kid still rushes for 150-250 yards a game and 3-4 TD's !! WOW !! He is a D-1 player. Howard will mature even more in college.

Howard from Kountze has over 1500 yards already !!

DJ Hall from Hardin. Kid looks like a Greek God. Very physical and fast WR. He has the frame and skill to play college ball. Hall does not get the attention he deserves.
