Hey dumb donkey, H-D is a 1A !!! Anytime you beat bigger schools it can't be a bad thing !!! Both Warren and Deweyville would do well in our District, and we will see when Warren beats West Hardin !!!

Hardin is suppose to win !!! I hope A big 2A can beat a little 1A !!!!!!!!!! All the pressure is on Hardin !!!!!! H-D has nothing to lose. If H-D comes into the Hornets new stadium and pulls the upset, Hardin's season will be a nightmare. All the experts have Hardin blowing H-D out. GO BOBCATS !!!!!!!! DO IT TO'EM BOBCATS !!!!!!!!!! I have Aaron Cooks highlight film at my house,and yes he has several long runs and tons of big hits. Cook was better than Villamez,just watch the Hardin vs H-D game. Villamez rushed for 87 yards against H-D,Cook rushed for 250 Yards and 2 TDs. More than Villamez and Stelly combined. Villamez is a fine safety but Cook could teach him a little about running the ball.

Thomas was an awesome player.Aaron Cook from H-D and Zach Simmons from West Hardin were just as good if not better than Villamez. I feel like John Stelly from Hardin was better than Villamez. No question though Villamez is one of the best defensive players in SE Texas.

H-D killed Warren.Sounds like Evadale had their hands full with Warren.

VERYY well put. And Hull jus wasnt all that they were talked up to be. Deweyville also played terrible.. Considering they held their own against Kirbyville but let HD score on them TWICE!! The final score was 1-0 H-D. You only count the live 2 quarters of game style. The 12 warm up plays both teams got does not count. Bottom line is H-D is a 1A team and has now beat two 2A teams, not suppose to happen. Deweyville has a tough and solid team, the middle of their defense is real good. Their running back is a good player.

Hardin is picked by all the experts to beat H-D,some say even blow us out.Hardin is a 2A playoff football team,that lost to a good New Waverly team that was a State semi finalist last year. By all technical accounts Hardin should beat 1A H-D this year and every year. The pressure is on Hardin not H-D. The Bobcats are expected to lose. Most 1A schools would be picked to lose. But with this game being a rivalry that spans for 50 years anything could happen.Also the pride and tradition H-D has will always keep H-D in the dog fight.H-D would love to make their all-time record against Hardin 45-6. WOW guys !!! Looks like we found a needle in a hay stack. We found a member of the Hornets that actually beat H-D. That is some good luck there, taking into consideration that Hardin has only beat H-D 6 times in 50 games. H-D's all-time record against Hardin is 44-6 !!!!!!!!!!!! CHEW ON THAT BIT OF HISTORY CO-PILOT !!!

For the last 10 years or so Dayton has had a great football program. I have got to tip my hat to them Broncos. But living in H-D Liberty County all my life, I remember Dayton for years and years being a door mat and one of the worst football programs in Texas. Basicly the Broncos were the laughing stock of Liberty County. On a positive note, the Broncos are winning and making Liberty County shine. Keep up your winning ways like as of late Dayton, who knows one day yall might be a known powerhouse like Hull-Daisetta and win State like them Bobcats. When you talk powerhouse you have to look at the teams full complete history, not just 10-12 good years.

Just talking football. Wos and Hull-Daisetta have had the longest winning streaks in SE Texas. Both teams have won tons of gamed since their schools opened.H-D set a national record at one time with 43 straight wins.Also at one time H-D had a 7 straight season combined record of 63-4-1. At one time WOS in 10 straight seasons had a record of 104-15-2. WOW !! Also both teams have a State Championship. H-D has the only State title in Liberty County.

H-D has a real good defense this year. The H-D defense is a swarming, fast to the ball defense that has tons of speed and will hit you in the mouth. I am amazed at the amount of young talent H-D has.The Bobcats are gonna be hard to beat.Also the Bobcats on offense are just full of weapons. It is down rigt scarry how many of H-D's offensive players can take the ball 80 yards on any given play. GO Bobcats !!

Can't wait for Thursday night at 7pm in Bobcat Stadium. Should be a good scrimmage between H-D and Deweyville. Good luck to both teams and I pray the Lord keeps all the players healthy. I remember playing against Levi and Logan Moore, man they were good players.

Hull-Daisetta 2 Touchdowns Warren 0 Touchdowns H-D's defense was very good, the Bobcat defense dominated the Warriors. One player that really stood out on defense was #11 Andrew Persley, and as always Brian Dempsey and Keith Gilmore were swarming to the ball. On offense the Bobcats looked good, lead by the great passing of QB Chisum Marberry and the juking ankle breaking runs of Isaac Humphrey. The Bobcats have so many weapons on the field this year, what a challenge it will be for the Coaches to get the ball to everyone. Great job to the players and Coaches !!!

It's funny how most of you HD guys keep hanging on to the past and bringing up the glory days of the 1930's. History is very important and will always be a PART of who we are, but living in the past is "tarded" (in the words of 55). You can't judge a community from these "posts", but man, it sure makes a guy wonder if there should be a security fence around the whole town. Please tell me your not from Deweyville !!! Poor guy !! When I played Deweyville as a Bobcat we killed them every game. Almost every game we won like 60-0 !!!! But I will say Levi and Logan Moore were good players and good people.
