I too was impressed by the gesture from Vidor. TY to you guys for the kindness shown towards Tip and the Indian Nation. I was also impressed by the amount of folks who showed up for the homecomming game. For once the Indian fans were outnumbered. Vidor fans were standing everywere that there was an open space. Including out in the street. They were looking over the baseball field fence. Everywere. The topic about Vidor seating on the visitor was not the case last night there were security guards keeping people from crossing over to the other teams side. Once again thanks to the VISD for a unforgetable experience.

Id like to say thankyou to the Pirate faithful and the school for honoring tip duram during tonights game. Very classy move by Vidor/  The halftime show was really impressive and one of a kind................ Thankyou    from an Indian fan

Id have to go with D. Long from 1999. It was awsome to watch him walk up to the line read the defense change the play and take it to em.

AH Soulja wish I would have known you were there would have loved to introduced myself and got a hand shake. What a game! WOW. Ozen played. They never qiut even when they were way down early. PNG played hard at the end those kids were hitting hard out there. Tthe Indian faithful were rowdy tonight. One other thing Bertrand has really become a sucessful runner. This kid is as patient a runner as you will see.

PN-G gets in to the Butch Thomas spirit and offers up the rare "Reverse Butch Slap" to the Panthers...............

PNG fans there has been a song written for the INDIANS by a national local rock artist. I was lucky enough to get a sneak preview of the song and it was great. WOW is all I can say about it. My co-worker told me that they would line up in their cars in front of PN-G and drive over to Nederland and all thow eggs at the Nederland guys and gals in the parking lot of Nederland High School. He told me that the Nederland students would be waiting with eggs of their own to return fire.  They say this was called the egg train.  This was around 1988 or 1989.

*I hear that we will see some defensive changes. I look for the Indians to bring some heat tomorrow night. Two weeks of prep time to prepare for the one team in district who did play last week.

Central should win here.

I look for PNG to step up the pressure on defense this week. The Lions have a good runing team but Kroeker's defense has proven to be tough against the run. I look for PNG to get back in the win column this week.

PN-G won this game in each area of the game. That being said if Crosby really does have a little bit of depth comming back they could be dangerous with Merka behind center.
