  1. OK so we have two lineman who had Alabama watch then recently and several more being looked at by other colleges. Shea has offers at a few places, Jackson Chistian has offer all over the US, freshman going to Soph Wolford who is 6'7" 270 is also being looked at. Nguyen and Chattinger look like an amazing backfield.. Two WRs are 6'2" and 6'3". The defense is very big for an Indians defense. They are everywhere. Please don't shoot me for this I only mean this as a point of respect. PNGs defense looks like a WOS defense. They are big, fast, and so physical that they knocked their own teammates helmet off during the game. This team could be special. They still have some kinks to work out buy they are light years ahead of last years spring team. They are huge on the o Line 270, 290,300 are 3 of them. D line is very bug as well. A lot of speed in the secondary with Chase Johnson back and droddy as well. This team is sold on what Coach McDaniel of Katy is selling them on defense. He is one of the best DCs in our 99 year history.
  2. Maybe Jackson Christian. Highly recruited OL, LT for PNG.
  3. Congrats Cosby looks like a great hire. The kiddos and fans of Crosby deserve a good coach. Best of luck Crosby I wish you well.
  4. Another thing. It was such an honor for PNG to make it back to state. I hope it is something that great and mighty programs like yours, Carthage, GPNS, Katy, the Dallas schools never take for granted. How many does Aledo have now? How many trips to state and how many won? For PNG we have made State 7 times and won 3. I can assure you every PNG fan is proud, and thankful for the rare rare chance we get to go. Another cool fact about PNG is that our SC trips are in cycles that are eerily similar. We made it to state in 53, 54, 55. Then 75, and 77, then 99, then 2022. That's 20 years, 22 years, and 23 years. It almost like we go every 20-22 years. Before there was a SC we also won33, and 34, 46 and 47 regional championship. That's as far as you could go back then. I know we don't compare to great programs like Aledo and many of these other perennial powerhouses, even like a WOS the greatest program from SETX along with Newton, we make up for in community support, for our program. We have also been lucky the last 15 years with great coaching hires. We don't have move ins, transfers, or even open enrollment. That's not an excuse, just stating a fact. If this bores you I offer my apologies. I hope you guys at Aledo are preserving your history for future generations. You have such an amazing program. Its needs to be documented so 30, 40, or 50 years from now future generations can look back at the amazement that your program is producing now.
  5. I am a stats person. I like to see the unfolding early then I can feel more comfortable making a long term observation. Forgive me if this sounds obvious. I study stats religiously for PNG and work with the Indians site to collect them for as far back as possible and as well as todays stats as well. Right now we are working on a PNG video library of games. We have games from each decade starting in the 1950's until now Still have a lot of work to do but Id say we have built quit the library. The games from the 70s back ofcourse are all 8mm film, but watching the greatest RB in PNG history who played 20 years before I was born was amazing. He won the SC in 1955 and still holds the career rushing record at PNG. Noone has broken it. Not Roschon, or Trahan, or McGill, or even the great Bergeron. Thats an amazing feat to hold a record that long for any school. Roschon was nearly 400 yards behind Gordon and Bergeron probably the fastest B to ever walk the halls of PNG was 1100 yards shy of LeBoeuf.
  6. Ill take Coach Joesph's approach. Lets win one game at a time and work on trying to win district. The Indians defense looks very strong this year. I have hopes of a good season.
  7. PN-G had their spring game this evening. The Indians will be a really good team this season. f you were thinking a big drop off would happen you will either be happy or sad. They look great. LT. Jackson Christian Jr next season is already received 3 college offers. Freshman Wolfford RT is 6'6" 280 has received a college offer and will be a soph next football season. The line at PNG is huge. Bigger than last season. RB athlete Chase Johnson who played 2 seasons ago as Trahan's back up at RB and started in the playoffs when Trahan got hurt in round 2 and played in round 3 left football. He is back at DB this coming season. Really great athlete. The defense is swarming and very big for a PNG defense. The DC from Katy is legit and has these kiddos believing. Both receiver's outside are over 6'2". The back up QB Bailey will be a sight to see the coming seasons. This kid plays like a older player as a 9th grader. He was throwing dimes all over the field. The duo of Chatagnier (Ron McGill Chatagnier;s son) and Nguyen will be tough with Shea in the backfield as the QB. The defense will be salty. Power running and a stout defense. Shea throwing 40 yard bombs. They looked really good. The hits were awesome. PNG will be a good team this season.
  8. That's what makes it so great. I also have access to the 55 game as well were the best RB to ever grace PNG ran the ball. Part of the duo called the Flying Frenchman. He still holds the all time record for career rushing yards to this day from 55 til 2023.
  9. Nope PNG. Since the 4th grade,
  10. The team looks pretty good. Looks like the defense will pick up were it left off. The offense has some brutes up front. The running game will be stout. Nguyen looks great and Chatagnier is fast.
  11. This is the first from PNG since the 1970's. We are grateful.
  12. Best of luck Crosby on finding a good coach for the great athletes of Crosby
  13. I offer prayers from Port Neches. Put the family on the prayer list at church.
  14. I can give you a better read on PNG after Spring Practice either next week or the week after. need to see who the QB is. a lot is rounding into shape and I am liking what I am hearing. Jackson Christian looks to move over to Wares spot. He is 6'4"+ and 320. Romero will be dropping in on the line at 6'5" and 300. Noah Washington is a 6'3" and Nunley is a cool 6'2" both starting WR and depending on who wins the QB job the proven Shea Adams or the very dynamic Sopmore. If Shea keeps his role then the WR group will be 6'2", 6'3", and 6'5". Nguyen and Chattinger will be in the backfield. The Chatinger kid may ring a bell as he is the son of none other than the great RB from PNG Ron McGill. One of the rotational OL will be freshman 6'4" 260 Aaron Wolford. The LB core is back minus the older brother Nick Gardner who graduated. His littler brother S Gardner is back along with rotational players from last year in Uriostegui, Wuenschell, Sinette (TE/H-back), Talbert. Starters on the DL returning some were amazing in Hernandez, Fuentes, Cabrera. The defensive backfield we will have Richard, and Droddy. Both really good players. The biggest returner for us is Coach McDaniel. A really great defensive mind. Size will be everywhere for PNG. If the young QB ends up starting then add his speed to that of the blazing fast Chattinger and we will have some speed as well. I am not talking about state as coach says win one game at a time. I do believe that PNG will field a good team this year. I will give you guys a better assertation after I watch many of the spring practices and scrimmages. WE WILL MISS MASON DRODDY. The little guy with the heart of a lion. Jasen Ware will be at the Air Force Academy playing next year we will also mis him. Look for a solid Indians team injuries not included.
  15. Liberty Hill-Congratulations on this awesome feat. A well deserved congratulations. The LH - PNG game was a great game. had they had their two RBs it would have been a different game. The thing that I see is that LH could not stop PNG. After the half PNG went into slow down mode to eat the clock. So it is my belief that the Indians would have most likely won the game anyway. Yes LH fans were saying that PNG would have won. LH fans were wonderful people and many offered congrats to us and wished us well at State. One even said they would love to have a rematch this next season.
  16. Some returners from last year Shea, Issac Sinette, Blair Chattinger, Nguyen, OL big Jackson Christian, Dylan Romero, Keegan Flores, Mario Miguel. DL Jacob Cabrerra, Andres Fuentes, Johnathen Hernandez. LB Issac Uriostegui, Mason Wenshuel, Sean Gardinar, Dylan Talbert. Secondary William Poole, Khameran Droddy, Ried Richard. These are the ones that started the year of as varsity starters or substitution players. WR Noah Washington, and also Ried Ruchard plays both ways.
  17. Shea, Nguyen, Chattinger will make a very formidable backfield with that big line next season. Dang I forgot Issac Sinette is back at RB as well.
  18. The 631-367 is the up to date one from the school Thank you for taking to time to share this. Much appreciated. Its cool to see how you stack up. Thanks again.
  19. We had quit a bit move up last season. Big line and the starting RB will be back as well as Chattinger. Who will be in 11th next year. Shea I assume will be Qb
  20. Quit a bit. I'll try and look and see. Give me a day or so on turnaround. I know the o line will be very good. Maybe better than last seasons.
  21. If I remember right WOS was in the 80 percentile not long ago.
  22. According to the Indians site they sit at 643 and 366. That looks like 66.33%. Where does that fall on the list?
