  1. From what I understand, they started laying down the turf yesterday. When I can, I'll go visit the field and get a few pics and upload them on here for those interested.
  2. This will be a game not to miss. Kinda like Texas vs Texas A&M, Alabama vs Auburn, Texans vs Cowboys, and the list goes on. This is one rivalry game you don't want to miss!
  3. Guys, don't take anything anyone has to say seriously. They are just supporting their team just like we do. Bragging rights don't begin till the clock reads 4th qtr, and 0:00 is left on the clock. Lets just hope for great sportmanship on and off the field, come out and support your favorite teams. Here is the latest on the field....so far the drainage has been installed and they are almost complete with the spreading/leveling of the limestone. I can't wait to see once they start laying the turf.
  4. What a rivalry this has been for years! I'm pulling for my Hornets, but it should be a great game. Good luck to both!
  5. Haha, thanks etbu...ok, here are a few more images that i got earlier. The field also received a new scoreboard and they are starting another phase before laying down the turf. Here are the images:
  6. So were you in your Hardin days!
  7. Hornet are you the same person that finished in top ten in tough man com-petion? No sir I placed 11th 8)
  8. The new Super is Bob Parker. He came back from Dayton just after Dayton got their upgrade in facilities on their football field. It seems this is also alot of Coach Haynes work in Hardin receiving this upgrade.
  9. Here's an image of the renovated visitors stands (Old Home side). They've added sidewalks on both sides of the stands, along with handicap ramps and are updating the bathrooms from 1947....lol..
  10. Hey Bruno, from what I understand they are making improvements on the Baseball field. I haven't been out towards the field but I'll do my best to keep this forum up to date on it. Unless you're a student I wouldn't be complaining leaving school early to go play ball...hehehe but parents I understand. Give Hardin time, the school is doing its best to make improvements.
  11. These images were taken today from my blackberry. We started pouring the foundation this morning at 4:30 and completed the foundation of the new Home field side stands. I also included updated images of the field where they are applying the drainage before they lay down the turf. Not sure how its done but I will after i keep my eye on this one.

  14. This was a great kid who was and still is loved by many. A great athlete with a "Don't Give Up" attitude. Not only was he great on the field, but he was a excellent student as well. He will be greatly missed. My prayers go out to his family and friends! God Bless!
