i think a lot of fans wrote BC off this year for a playoff spot, but if you look at the standings they are 3-1 in district, so they must be doing something right. i was impressed with kirbyville when wos played them they are a physical football team. i think this one is going to be very close. i think the home team will have the edge. png usually plays tough at home. if it was in vidor i probably would have given the slight edge to the pirates. because as a wos fan we know how hard it is to beat vidor at their home. but since it's at png i'll say the indians win in a tough battle. this should be a good game.

i think this is going to be a great game. Orangefield will need to rebound after a loss to k-ville, but i would say they are going to be fired up for this game. Bridge City should be still riding high after their win against jasper, so expect them to be ready too. i know it's been said before, but both teams are playing pretty good football right now, so i think it's going to come down to who wants to win more. it's going to be close but i'm giving the edge to the bobcats, but not by much. this game could go either way. i'm sorry but i'm just not sold on lumberton just yet. they seem to be getting better each week though. i like coach credeur and the excitement he's brought to lumberton. it's just my opinion. however if lumberton beats pn-g by more than 14 points like their fans are saying then you would have to give lumberton some respect. it should be a good game. 8) PN-G 24 Lumberton 21

i know it's old news but i really miss beltran being an astro. that guy is one of the best clutch hitters i've ever seen. if there was someone on base i always was confident he would come through and bring them home.

i just watched the replay of central/nederland. central is very, very scary. i first predicted 42-24 in favor of central. but after seeing them i've changed my mind on the score. that #5 williams is incredible, he's fast and he's got the size. on one of his touchdowns he was literally carrying some of the nederland defenders. central's defense looked really good too. they were quick and they tackled well. i don't like to look ahead but that Central vs. Dayton game is going to be huge. 8) Central 49 Lumberton 10

i have no idea who is going to win this game. after seeing kirbyville last week i think they are a good team. i haven't seen orangefield yet but it looks like they are getting better each week. i'm pulling for the bobcats since they are our neighbor but i think kirbyville wins this one in a close battle that could have an exciting finish.
