Actually the AAU circuit has alot to do with schools that have universal off-seasons and want to be good in H.S. basketball..If they dont play in school..they better be playing somewhere or...see ya.blown by...What happened, look how strong we are, why cant we make those jumpers???

Dove....Will your kid or the 2013-2015 teams reach their full potential out there???  Will the universal off-season help them become the reg. finalist you thought they may become? Is the AAU circuit enough to propel them to the title...Alot to be desired and alot to be known here in a few short years.

Not in H.F. surely,,Universal off-season...Hard to get any better that way, love those kids who look real good in a mirror, but can't make a J..to save their life..Bigger stronger Faster..just dont matter here men..Give me John Stockton, George Gervin, Stevie Nash, Scottie Pippen, and yes Dream Shake Hakeem....all...day...long... Now they might not look great in boxers, but could hide in a 500.00 pair of long p.j.s

By the way I Can Play...Who wins the 4a league and any insight on the 5a league would be a bonus...your opinion on the best guard and best big in the area, sleepers and any other topic we might be interested in.....

Hey...I like this guy..I Can Play....Brings some new flavor to the board, just hope these I know everything this is my board guys don't run him off...hope he continues to post throughout the season, adds a new wrinkle and sounds like hes a junkie..thats meant in a good way! Dogs got a chance...shooters are there..bigs have something to prove...Ozen..just say D. Franks, Central has young Soph. plus plenty around him..Livingston just went to reg. semis, so look for carry-over..L.C.M. may have the most back..PNG will be in the hunt again and Vidor and Lumberton are pretty good as well...

Ozen will be good this year as always...but like last year, they will be challenged. They got upset in Livingston last year, nearly beat vs Central, and lost 4 starters...This race will be fun to watch! The dominance is over! Time to toss it up.

no passing game at all. It wont matter what vidor o does, vidor d will not be able to slow down png. It will be alot like central game for vidor d, on their heals all night long

"Moose", as we all knew him was a great big guy, with even a bigger heart....Moose had a knack for making you laugh and making you feel good, just by being around him. That big smile and that deep voice will be missed. Kids will miss him the most, because he was always involved in as many as he could touch. There was a true sincereity about him that I will never forget. The gyms won't be the same without him around and we all lost a winner today.. LIFE is ???????? Full of these.

Wow..Is there some drama on here..kinda like a bunch of women playin bridge..if you guys really know some hoops lets talk em, cause this is pitiful...this needs to be taken to the soaps thread..If you think Dickies got a problem and you continue to argue with him, then maybe......How's your team strengths and weaknesses, overall district up or down, best players in the district, chances of upsets, sleepers, programs up and coming and struggling, fan base, etc... real s..t, not this middle school drama..killin the site!!!

yea, those are expensive, i went with the barnett quad 400. I had heard some negative, but alot of positive also. I have nothing but good things to say about it so far. shooting rt where i want it to at 40 yards, and it is quit enough for me. It is suppose to shoot 345 fps. Most of the negative comments barnett takes a while to ship u any new pieces, if something breaks. Also where complaining that their limbs where breaking after a few shots. I have been shooting mine over two months now, and have not had any problems.

yea, i am curios to see what the boys in my camp have to say. One of them has already seen it, and shot it. He really seemed to like it. I quess it is just something new, and that is my main reason.

yes, just wanting to try something new this year, or weekend only maybe. I will let u know how the hunt goes with it. My son is going to use my compound bow this weekend, it will be his first time.

Must be alot of tension over in Lumber Town! : Probally not as much tension as in vidor, since ltrain is 1-0 in district, and vtown is 0-1 as usually

Chris Davis.....Rings a bell..Hey, I went to school with Chris..Long hair, wore a concert shirt just about every other day to school, tatoo on his ankle..We were all scared of his dad, big rough guy who drank alot of beer and had a huge beard...I saw him rain 3's one day in p.e. when the coach tried to find him one day to see if he was trying out for the team, he was found smoking out in the smoking pit beside the school...Kinda crazy...When he finally came to try out, it was like Travolta in Grease, trying to beat everybody up after they stole the ball from him...Is this the same Chris..that dude had some potential!
